It is a problem for those of us who want to read new Captain America. I don't want to read about Bucky Barnes as Captain America because Steve's dead. I want to read about Steve Rogers as Captain America. I don't want to read about Falcon as Captain America, because Steve's Nomad. I want to read about Steve Rogers as Captain America. I don't want to read about Falcon being Captain America because Steve started aging rapidly. I want to read about Steve Rogers as Captain America. I don't want to read about a restored Steve Rogers being a Hydra plant who was evil all along. I want to read about Steve Rogers as an old-fashioned Star-Spangled BoyScout Superhero. So it IS a problem to me, because they keep pulling this crap. As long as they insist of doing this to their classic characters, I won't touch a single Marvel comic. got it?After a lifetime of loyalty in terms of buying Marvel comic books I abandoned them in 2015 for mainly these reasons relative to their entire brand and pantheon of heroes. And its the reason why I keep stopping myself from getting back into them. The 90s killed my interest in comic books back in the day and I just never got back into it. Then the MCU happened and I thought "Hey, maybe I just brought by the local comic books shop and check things ou--Why is Ironman hauling all his precious allies and friends off to the Negative Zone where they're slowly going insane?"

Marvel comic books suck now! There's little genuine character development any more. There's no history and foundation to be found in the star characters and legends that built it's fanbase. No respects shown to it. It's all shock value! It reminds me of JJ Abrams formula storytelling. How he would kill off pillars of franchise: the planet Vulcan and most of it's race in Star Trek, Han Solo in Star Wars... just for fast, lazy stunt to sell tickets. Marvel comics has been become the same way. It's all shock value stunts with the characters to sell comics! No genuine character development or storytelling any more. Just a bunch of cheap fireworks going off!
I wonder how long they'll be able to get away with it before their modern audience catches on and gets tired of it?

Again, I'm saying it's a shitty story regardless of the timing, but particularly lousy because there are potentially more young first time readers than say 20 years ago due to the popularity of the films. You think it's an interesting story and I think it's garbage. I'm not telling Marvel what to do with their story, I'm giving my opinion on it. Get it? Yes, I got it. And I'm giving mine. Get it?
There's no need to get upset about it. I think it's a really interesting new story and I'm actually excited about it.
"Yes, I got it." Then why did you keep putting words in my mouth as if you obviously didn't understand what I was saying? I'm not upset. I'm not the one twisting what you said in an attempt to defend my opinion.

Edit: and sexist.

Marvel Comics (AKA Social Justice Comics) hates America. Confirmed.

I've seen that a lot with written items. People tend to read things in the most negative possible tone and context.
