They all are healthy foods and when you do them right way they are tasty as well. I only differ in regards to Vegemite. Just not my thing.

I've never known it's unpopular until Inside Out, but broccoli is my favorite vegetable. Other unpopular foods I like: *Brussel sprouts *Lentils *Peppers and very hot/spicy food *Calamari *Salmon *Actually I like every single type of fish and seafood, pretty much everyone I know hates mussels, but I really like them. *Spinach *Kale *Mayonnaise *I almost never eat it, but many people don't like the taste of wild animals like deer and kangaroo, while I do like it.

I like almost all the unpopular ones you listed. That said I think Mayonnaise is not really unpopular but in fact very popular. Though it's very infamous for it's regarded as very bad from health point of view. Spinach is awesome! Seafoods are awesome too! So are lentils.

calamari, octopus, herring (smoked), blue cheese, fibre 1 cereal [no additions of any kinds], liver, kokoretsi (google it). I did Google it ... thanks. I like most organ meats, so I would probably like it. I'm going to Ireland, and The UK, later this year, and I can't wait to have steak and kidney pie. A former colleague, who grew up in Manchester, made it for a group, and I've had it in England. Wonderful ... I can't wait. Goz mentioned Haggis. I've never had it, but it's on my food list for Scotland. Blood sausage is, too. I've heard that it's delicious, and food videos include it as standard in a full English/Irish breakfast.

I like, top ramen. I know it sounds crazy that I like it. But i'm just so used to having it as one of my only source of food, that I like it now.
It really is cost effective. Another thing I buy is a big drum of oatmeal, for like four bucks, lasts up to a month.
I also like raw kidney beans from a can, and beets from a can. Because canned vegetables (and frozen)are nearly as healthy as fresh ones, I think . which is my understanding of it at least.

You will love haggis...it reminded me of a meaty stuffing and was absolutely delicious. Blood pudding is a little like salami though not as spicy. I like it butt not a great fan. Must be my German/Polish ancestry overcoming my English/Scottish.
