I am, unless I'm mistaken, the only person on the planet who remembers the 2001 flop SK8 (aka "Skate"). It was a Canada-USA production, a drama (I think) about some skateboarders.....
I do recall enjoying "Sn:TV", an Australian kids show that aired 2002-2003, but mainly the first season. I didn't like format and cast changes in the second season...neither did anyone else, given its short run. It currently has less than 5 votes on IMDb....I just rated it, no idea if that will bring it up to 5 ratings.
Any 2000s series that nobody remembers...except you?

Ace Lightning. It was about a kid who accidentally releases the characters from a video game. He has to team up with the hero of the game, Ace Lightning, to defeat the villains. The show was live action, but the characters from the video game were all CGI.

I think you find that there are plenty of people who remember that show.

The Lone Gunmen - It was a spin-off show about the three oddball nerds from the X-Files and lasted for a single season in 2001. Funny stuff, but didn't have potential for more seasons.
Kid Notorious - A cartoon that aired on Comedy Central back in 2003. It starred big-time Hollywood producer Robert Evans and was meant to be an outrageous spy-spoof take on his own life. Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash (who's Evan's neighbor and close friend in real life) co-starred as his sidekick. While Evans has had a colorful life and the show's premise had potential, the show was simply terrible. From unfunny parodies, to endless pop-culture references that didn't even have relevance to the plot, annoying voice acting and just plain awful attempts at humor (Evan's pet cat that jumps around and farts Matrix-style?), it was a terrible show that deservedly got canned after one season.
Kojack - A mid-00's remake of the old cop show with Ving Rhames. I saw the first couple episodes and thought it seemed promising, but it ended after one season.
The Bionic Woman - A TV remake of the old sci-fi show. I remember seeing countless ads for it during the mid-00's, but the show didn't last long.

Joey, That 80's Show, and Young Americans. Funny enough were all spin-offs that I guess some people more or less wanted to recall.

I'm not sure if many people remember these 2000 shows from Nickelodeon:
Caitlin's Way The Brothers Garcia My Life As A Teenage Robot Chalkzone Romeo (starring the rapper Lil' Romeo) Noah Knows Best
Non-Nickelodeon: Mary Kate and Ashley in Action Tom and Jerry Tales Maybe It's Me The Nightmare Room What I Like About You Raising Dad 8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter Braceface Instant Star A Walk In Your Shoes South of Nowhere Lincoln Heights The Mandy Moore Show (that show on MTV where Mandy Moore was the host and it had musical guests) MTV's Wannabe

I liked the show. Would very much like to see it again. "The Brothers Garcia", which I enjoyed despite its corniness. "Chalkzone", watched a single episode, didn't impress me. "Noah Knows Best", watched this various times but don't recall anything about it. "Mary Kate and Ashley in Action", one of many non-Nickelodeon shows that somehow got shown on the Australian version of Nickelodeon (my favourite was the cancon sitcom "Radio Active", a funny stupid show). "Tom and Jerry Tales" - Watched it a couple times. Pretty decent. I recall the promos for "My Life As A Teenage Robot" but never watched the show. By that point Nickelodeon was really going downhill, and I jumped ship....

The Bionic Woman - A TV remake of the old sci-fi show. I remember seeing countless ads for it during the mid-00's, but the show didn't last long. Heavily promoted indeed. I recall a rather obnoxious post made on its IMDb board, posted prior to the series airing, providing a list of reasons why the show simply couldn't fail. But it did fail.

In the fall of 2006 a show named Runaway on the CW network is what had me on the edge of my seat. Sadly it was cancelled after just three episodes.
God bless you always!!!

Miss Guided, a hilarious short-lived comedy on ABC. It lasted just 6 episodes but left an impression.

With the exception of: Maybe It's Me The Nightmare Room The Mandy Moore Show (I only actually saw a little bit of that show when it was around) MTV's Wannabe

At Home with the Braithwaites - A British show about a dysfunctional family winning millions in the lottery, and the resulting consequences.
Jeopardy - A Scottish show about a bunch of teens hunting UFOs in Australia. Very similar premise to Blair Witch Project, at least the first series was.
The Alice - A drama set in Alice Springs that was heavily advertised yet didn't last long. I thought it was a POS.
Eugénie Sandler P.I.- An Australian show about a girl with a mysterious past trying to find out why her father is missing and why she's a target for kidnapping.

South Beach (2006) was a show about two guys who moved to Florida from New Jersey or somewhere and got jobs at a hotel in South Beach and hooked up with some models. It had Vanessa Williams, Giancarlo Esposito and Adrianne Palicki. Lee Thompson Young was on it, he later killed himself. I felt like I was the only person tuning into UPN for this.

Snobs - A show about a rich girl, her outcast gypsy boyfriend and their adventures with Snobs the dog in an affluent part of Sydney. Surprisingly good show.
Gerhard Reinke's Wanderlust - A parody travel show about a German backpacker going around the world and getting himself involved in wacky situations.
