I mean... Green Arrow has always been "Batman-lite" - right from the start he was clearly modeled on the mold of Bruce Wayne/Batman; starting with being a rich playboy with no family and a penchant for naming everything after his nom de plume, including arrow-plane and even an arrow-plane. The comics eventually managed to find a unique voice for Oliver; and I also felt the early seasons of Arrow worked at setting him apart. Yeah. You are right Stargazer. Green Arrow has always been very similar to Batman but there has been a distinct difference between Oliver Queen and Bruce Wayne's personalities with Oliver being more of a colourful character that joked around and I just feel like we never really got to see that in 'Arrow' 'cause they have made Oliver so serious whereas we did in 'Smallville' and we also got to see more of him as a billionaire and as the CEO of Queen Industries. If there are two things I really think this show needs to be before it is over it is make Oliver the CEO of Queen Industries and have him joke more but I doubt we will see the latter this season.

No. It's too late for this show to go down that route.

No. It's too late for this show to go down that route. Is it? I think it could still work but it won't be easy for the writers to get there. It is very unlikely Oliver is going to go back to being the Mayor when he gets out of prison though and he has to do something or how is he going to get paid?

Worst...Jimmy leaving the DP and metropolis. Why? Kara is too trusting. Far too many people at work know who she is. Best: the realism in the beginning. How she was questioned when she caused damage to the bridge with the plane. It's good to see some realism in an otherwise unrealistic show. Dean Cain as papa. Shit: he's like never in it. Yeah. The lack of Dean Cain in 'Supergirl' is disappointing 'cause I remember when they first announced he was going to be in it they made out him and Helen Slater were going to be in the show more and Dean Cain has hardly been in it at all. They should have just made Dean Cain an older Superman and Teri Hatcher Lois Lane again. It would have lined up with this continuity and how long Clark has been Superman before Kara become Supergirl and how old Cat Grant (who was Lois Lane's rival) is. Dean was in Australia earlier this year and is coming back again soon and he has said he wants to play Superman again and both him and Teri Hatcher want to make a movie or another season of 'Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman' set years later but with Henry Cavail said to be leaving the DCEU and Warner Bros looking for another actor to play Superman they should just replace both Henry and Amy with Dean and Teri 'cause then we will have a proper Superman and they can ignore the previous movies and take up after 'Lois and Clark.'
