Being a fan of the greatest team, coach & QB to ever play the game is pretty freakin’ awesome! You should try it. Of course, at this point you’ll be labeled a bandwagon fan, but that’s ok by me. The more the merrier. Hell, I’ve been a Patriots fan for 30 years and I’m still called a bandwagon fan every once in a while. As far as the “cheating” goes, all you need to know is that Spygate was about incorrect camera placement and Deflategate was about erroneous science. Once you square yourself with that, you’re good to go! I hope you jump on the bandwagon. It’s much more fun to root for a winning team than, say, the Dallas Cowboys ... who never fail to disappoint. We’ve got another Superbowl run in the works this season! Just ask Las Vegas. Didn't Brady destroy his cell phone the day before the cops wanted to see it? No. He got a new phone (and disposed of the old one) after he was assured that the NFL didn’t need it in their investigation. This is confirmed by the fact that the investigation interviewed him shortly after he swapped phones (unbeknownst to them) and they never asked him for the phone. The only reason the NFL even knew about the old phone is because it was included in a document provided by Brady’s legal team. Only then did it become an object of paramount importance. In order to be a good Patriots fan, you need to be able to discern the facts from the fables. There’s a lot of misinformation being bandied about by butt-hurt fans of other loser teams. It’s a minor inconvenience, considering the upside to being a fan of the greatest team to ever play the game. Shall I pencil you in, or do you have some more questions?

It’s a minor inconvenience, considering the upside to being a fan of the greatest team to ever play the game. Shall I pencil you in, or do you have some more questions? According to the Wells report, it was concluded that it was "more probable than not," the New England Patriots equipment personnel were deliberately circumventing the rules. Further more, Brady was implicated as it was concluded he was more probable than not that to be "generally aware" of the deflation. The report focuses on the communications and actions of locker-room attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski. The report concludes it was "more probable than not" that the two deliberately released air from Patriots game balls after they were tested by game officials. In several texts between Jastremski and McNally, the two mention and joke about inflation, deflation, needles, and gifts from Tom Brady to McNally. Tom Brady was a constant reference point in these discussions. McNally referred to himself as "the deflator" in a text message to Jastremski as far back as May 2014.
The Wells Report relied on scientific analysis performed by Exponent and supported by Dr. Daniel Marlow, a professor of Physics at Princeton University. This analysis concluded that no studied factors accounted for the loss of air pressure exhibited by the Patriots game balls. The Wells Report asserted that the scientific study supported the report's conclusion that the loss of air pressure may be accounted for by human intervention.

"Patriots great Tom Brady suffered a resounding defeat in a federal appeals court Wednesday, leaving him with the daunting option of a last-ditch plea to the Supreme Court in his arduous quest to clear his name. More than 14 months after the National Football League punished Brady for allegedly conspiring with Patriots employees, including an aide who dubbed himself The Deflator, to tamper with the air pressure of footballs in a conference championship game, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit flatly rejected Brady’s appeal of his four-game suspension. Not a single judge on the 13-member panel issued a dissent." Two days later Brady announced he would not appeal further and would serve his four game suspension at the beginning of the 2016 NFL season.
That is a "fact," buddy.

That is a "fact," buddy. Yes, because the case wasn't about the deflation of the footballs. It was about whether the commissioner had the right to suspend Brady, which the CBA allowed him to do. Had Brady's team been able to make the hearing about the science of ball deflation, this would've been laughed out of court. Again, learn something about the case so you don't keep making a fool of yourself. You want some more facts? The footballs were hilariously held under lock and key leading up to Super Bowl 49 and all Brady did was lead the team to victory from 10 points down in the 4th qtr against the best defense in the league. The following season, Brady's passing numbers went up across the board-- yards, TDs, fewer INTs, you name it. So you can stop pretending they were deflating footballs all along to gain some kind of advantage. But why am I wasting my time with this? You don't know anything about football or this case, you literally just looked up one article and are basing your argument on that alone. I don't come to the Marvel board to talk football with clueless sock accounts. Thanks, it's been fun.

As a pending Patriots fan you'll be happy to learn that the verdict by the independent science community is that the Wells report amounts to little more than scientific fraud. And that verdict is unanimous! Oh, don't worry about that. They ruled solely on the labor dispute aspect of the case, which Brady lost due to a poorly written players contract. And even though the suspension might have felt like a miscarriage of justice at the time, it's all good now. We got a wonderful season out of it, the greatest Superbowl victory in NFL history and the most gratifying moment ever when the commissioner had to hand Tom Brady the Lombardi trophy! ... for the second time in three years! Believe me, it doesn't get much better than that!!! If you're going to join the bandwagon, you better jump on now. We only have 5 more years.

Could it be any more obvious that Brady had his equipment guy, who called himself "The Deflator", illegally deflate footballs for him to use in games? "Not a single judge on the 13-member panel issued a dissent." So 13 out of 13 federal appellate court judges all agreed that the evidence proves Brady cheated.
