Strangely enough, cheese-and-tomato is my favourite kind of pizza.
What is your favourite kind of pizza?

What is your favourite kind of pizza? Chicago-Style Stuffed Pizza with pepperoni, bacon and spinach (or mushrooms instead of spinach). Easy sauce and maybe or maybe not extra-cheese. Also extra-crunchy crust.

Thin crust, tomato sauce and extra cheese. I will also accept pepperoni or bacon if crunchy.

I usually like a plain cheese pie. Sometimes I add pepperoni, extra cheese or chopped garlic on it. But I don't like a lot of other toppings. Like RiP mentioned above, stuffed pizza is also really good.

I like a wide range of pizzas. Thin crust is my usual preference, except in the case of some toppings (such as clam), that might include a fair amount of oil. In those cases, the thick crust will absorb the oils to prevent "soggy bottom," and offer a better texture. "Plain cheese," is OK. However, I want the cheese and sauce to be in balance. I like plenty of oregano in the sauce. My favorite topping combos:
- Black olives and mushroom - Vegetarian plus pepperoni - "Hawaiian," (aka ham and pineapple). I'll order it with Canadian bacon, if that's an option Random thoughts ...
- I'll eat your anchovies, if you can't stand them - Chicken on a pizza is stupid - No salami. I love it on a sandwich, or in a salad. But, I think that heating it leaves an unpleasant after-taste - Corn meal is essential for under the crust, to keep it from becoming mushy ... which is revolting

Deep dish from pizza hut. Idk what they do to get that cheese so perfectly bubbly and 'freckled' but it is amazzzzing.
Close second... Costco plain cheese. Srsly. For the same freckled cheese.

Well, the way I see it there are two basic types of pizza places: the American type, which has relatively few variations involving a handful of basic toppings (pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives and a few others), and the Italian type, which offers dozens of different options with every topping that you can imagine and some that you can't, from artichokes to zucchinis. I prefer the second type, and within that, my favourite is probably four- or five-cheese pizza - but not just different hard yellow cheeses that taste basically the same. At the very least it has to have gorgonzola, and preferably goat cheese as well.

'Choke hearts are always included on my "veggie pizzas." I hadn't thought of Gorgonzola ... my favorite of the veined cheeses. (Gorgonzola dressing is the best!) What do you favor in combination with the Gorgonzola? It must be crumbled over the already baked pizza. I'll try it.

You may call me boring, but good ol' hand tossed pepperoni is my favorite.

I cannot conceive of tonno on a pizza. Seafood does not add to the flavor of pizza.
