Saw it a few years ago, okay for most part but could have been done a lot better considering the talent being involved in it. Did not know it was a remake though. Yeah, Anne Archer did not sit too well with me either and I think that I ended up rating the movie with a 5/10, but might have to give it another chance sooner or later as I really wanted to enjoy it more.

All I remember was that there was a funny scene where Hackman and James B. Sikking are sitting down and conversing.
