Yeah. Before making a thread criticizing a fanbase you’re not a part of for being “bad” and toxic, take a look at the fanbase you’re a part of. tu quoque and straw man deflection, zombie brains

And they are calling these "fans" racist. facepalm. You mean the fans who flipped out when they saw a black man in the Force Awakens teaser? tu quoque and sheer ignornace, zombie brains
("fans" flipped out because they assumed Stormtrooper were clones as shown in II and III, which is of course non-canon nonsense as demonstrated in Rebels, EU etc., how can you mistake a lethal clonetrooper with one of these clumsy Stormtroopers anyway, these "fans" might have really been MCU fans)

Marvel fans went apeshit when Michael B Jordan was cast as Johnny Storm
I’m not denying the Marvel fanbase has a lot of toxic fans. My point is pretty much every fanbase of a major franchise has a lot of toxic fans. Saying one fanbase is worse than another is just stupid, they’re pretty much all the same. I’m not denying the Nazis had a lot of toxic followers. My point is pretty much every ideology has a lot of toxic followers. Saying followers of one ideology are worse than those of another is just stupid, they’re pretty much all the same.
Now, what fallacy might we have here, zombie brains?

Renner: “I think the Russo brothers (Anthony and Joe, who directed) got way too many death threats. I’m like, ‘Wow, dude, that’s intense. I’m sorry!" Wow that apparently is enough to warrant starting a thread and damning a fanbase for. Clearly the cranks who did this (who probably weren't even Marvel fans to begin with) represent the entirety of MCU fandom.

typical liberal media blaming "white" right wing men. And they are calling these "fans" racist. facepalm. Because it's usually is white men that bitch about a woman or a black man in a lead role in a beloved franchise. See current Disney Star Wars films.

And some made racist comments after Finn's appearance. That can't be denied. A jokey excuse/justification for Star Wars Fandom racist behaviour, I'm sure (because the behaviour of one fanbase can be brushed off with a joke, but the behaviour of another is unforgivable), so which fanbase, disguised as Star Wars fans, bullied Jake Lloyd?

And some made racist comments after Finn's appearance. That can't be denied. possible, but where is the evidence for this deflection? I can give you plenty racist stuff exclusively from MCU fans on this very forum (just search "monkey" in my history).
Being racist about a black guy appearing in a franchise featuring black characters as leaders and masters since the 70s does not make a lot of sense to beginn with. Especially when Finn is really a weak charicature of a bumbling runaway-slave serving his white, name-giving liberators as cheerleader while being electrocuted and whining "Droid, please" or "Got a boyfriend, cute boyfriend?" or crawling on the floor being yelled at "no no no no no" for his stupidity. Racists should love this, while all others should feel embarrassed by the writing.
nah that's a lazy straw man. Show me specifically racist coments on Finn for being black after first appearance, and I can respond properly.
I was not aware Lloyd was racially abused either. He stated that “Other children were really mean to me," and "They would make the sound of the lightsaber every time they saw me. It was totally mad." which is deplorable really (fans or just cruel kids?). People on the internet have been incredible dicks too (like you above on the older Anakin's acting - fans or just dicks?) but that's the way it goes, and easy to avoid. Note that, contrary to popular belief, schizoprenia is a hereditary disease, not triggered by online bullies decades later (Nature or nurture? Nature!).

I am not denying there is an a-hole element in the MCU fandom. But it seems anytime some ridiculous trolling or comments about MCU films is posted, you paint the whole fandom with the same brush. You continue to bring up the doxxing acts of a couple of twats that are thankfully here no more as if it is representative of all MCU fans. But if accusations of anything unsavoury is made toward Star Wars fans it's not really them..its probably MCU fans. And even if you'd admit it was Star Wars fans I'm sure you'd never say it was the whole of Star Wars fandom. I'm sure you don't care, but saying I am the same as the worst of the MCU fans I, and I'm sure others, find offensive. Has anyone said anything unsavoury on the Star Wars board? If they did I hope you berated them and every other Star Wars fan in the process. You don't really seem to care about MCU films and usually only really pop up to criticise the fan base and films....acting like some self appointed Knight in Shining Armour, but becoming nothing more than a troll As for racist reaction... Well there is this which quotes tweets like “The black stormtroopers is probally stealing his comrades speeder bikes and shoot his blaster n**guh-gangster style [sic].” and “I had a feeling the new Star Wars is going to be filled with PC, SJW [social justice warrior] trash”. And there was THIS today. Of course it was probably MCU fans...or are all Star Wars fans scum? I never said Jake Lloyd was racially abused. He was treated badly by a section of Star Wars fans (I remember anti Lloyd websites back then and every fan forum it seemed had threads on the subject, god knows what it would have been like if Twitter was about). My point was that back then you couldn't have blamed that on MCU fans. I know (hope) you were probably joking, but there has been a toxic element in Star Wars fandom since before the MCU, yet you decide to judge a whole section of fandom as the worst, based on the actions of a few twats here. There are some Star Wars fans on this site I think are complete assholes, but I'm not going to pop into the Star Wars threads, and accuse everyone there of being an asshole. Neither am I going to go in there and accuse the whole fanbase of sharing the same views of of any element of the Star Wars fanbase that makes an offensive or threatening tweet. So why do you feel the need to do similar here.

Whenever I encountered individuals on StarWars, Star Trek or GoT forums that made me ashamed of the concept of fandom it turned out these were MCU fans. Lmao! Fucking priceless! I’m sure there’s not a single bad person on the Internet who isn’t a MCU fan! Those evil MCU fans, they’re everywhere! I bet the “Star Wars fans” who harassed the actress who played Rose in TLJ are actually evil MCU fans pretending to be SW fans! I get it now! MCU fans know they’re the worst fanbase ever, so they pose as fans of other franchises and do a lot of bad shit in the hope that they will make those fanbases look bad and in the end make the MCU fanbase look less bad! Wow!

Worst Fanbase Ever! And I have seen the lowest. Whenever I encountered individuals on StarWars, Star Trek or GoT forums that made me ashamed of the concept of fandom it turned out these were MCU fans. Don't look too far away though. Just remember weirdraptor, jarjarstanton, kuatorises, furiosstyles, formersam etc and what they were - what they did...QED You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy than that. 4chan and The_Donald got this place beat. Plus Star Wars fandom is slowly working it's way up.
