Great topic.
Spring Break in March I start to get that 'itch' for the beach life.
Love Jersey/DE beaches - as I'm close by.
I typically kick off Saint Paddy's Day with Boondock Saints, State of Grace, The Departed - and top it off with Piranha 3-D to get ready for the upcoming season.
JAWS is my favorite movie of All-Time. Can't go wrong with the Lost Boys from your list and 'The Raft' is a guilty pleasure of mine too.

What about THE FLESH EATERS (the whole movie takes place on a beach)
SHOCK WAVES

Jaws, of course. Followed by Humanoids From The Deep.

The Flesh Eaters is a great example of economical filmmaking. Making the idea fit the location.

Anyone ever see Night Tide? More of a boardwalk movie than beach movie, I guess, but its quite an odd one from my memory. I don't remember it that clearly, but it was like a strange dream. Dennis Hopper and a Mermaid.
But yeah, obviously Jaws.

I was going to mention Piranha but remembered there was no beach.
Jaws sure had a lot of beaches. And a large predator which supposedly injured some bathers. But the people are having a wonderful time--Amity as you know, means friendship!

Although the original Piranha (1978) movie took place along a riverbank and there was no beach, there is some beach found in Piranha 3D (2010), which is the movie on this list. It takes place at a huge lake in Arizona.

The Jaws franchise surely is the winner, but Humanoids from the Deep (1980) is another favorite of mine. Another beach themed horror film was the late 80s italian slasher flick known as Welcome to Spring Break aka Nightmare Beach (1989), which I have not seen since 2011, but thought it was a rather good/decent movie, which I might give another go this summer.

RiP, IMDbGreat pix from The Last Shark. The shark looks really good, I just hated that it always popped up like a balloon in the water...but that's just me being nitpickish.

stefancrosscoeI liked Humanoids From the Deep, but I only have the TV remake from 1996 on DVD. Never heard of Welcome to Spring Break, but it has a great premise/cast so I will make an effort to locate it.
