Well, it has actually been quite hot here the last week. Monday was the hottest day we have had this summer and I put some clothes out on the line and they were dry in around an hour and we seem to be experiencing some strange weather in Australia in the last decade with boiling hot days in winter and freezing cold days in summer and a lot of people say it is due to Global Warming but I am not sure. What I do know is the weather isn't the same as it used to be. We get nowhere near as much rain as we used to get and we used to get rain that would last for weeks when I was younger and it would rain and rain and you would think it was never going to stop. We also got a lot of hailstorms and thunder and lightning and there were houses' that had their roofs and verendahs destroyed by hailstorms and the hail would be the size of tennis balls and smash car windows. That rarely happens anymore and the last major flood we had was back in 1992 and I am hoping we don't get any more floods but we need more rain 'cause we are currently having a drought and musicians like John Farnham, Guy Sebastian and Adam Harvey are all coming together to do a drought relief concert to help farmers 'cause it is affecting a lot of them at the moment. Yeah well we once had a twister that knocked up to a dozen titles of peoples roofs, and knocked over a plant pot, but the plant pot may have been Mr Matthews subling home pissed from the pub, we cant be sure.
Nah we mostly get flooding but even that's not really where I live, we did have it like 2 years ago it rained so hard it knocked out the power for like 2 or more miles all around my place for almost the entire day, but luckily where I live in my town is at the top of an incline, so it doesn't flood here above shoe height, means I just have to wear me steel toe caps that day, people on the bottom though are fucked as it is literally a dip and then another incline so they get it from either side, poor bastards...I noticed though inspiter of all that still no good vibes for the brits from you Deb? I shall remember this and you shall rue this day, RUE I SAY!!!
Is your government are as mental as ours is, like every summer we get drought warnings, and hose pipe bans then we get flood warnings and actual flooding, then they say it's the "wrong" type of rain so were still in a drought, when there are cars literally half submerged under water...makes no damn sense to me, but we just came off a 2 month drought in the last few weeks, and on my sisters birthday recently it rained all day...just your typical British summer.
Really? Wow. That must have been a terrifying experience. We haven’t got any twisters or tornadoes around here and that is not to say it is impossible for them to happen ‘cause nothing is impossible in my opinion but the chances of us getting them are very slim. There was a big cyclone up at the top of New South Wales and Queensland last year you may have heard about called ’Cyclone Debbie’ and a lot of people were teasing me over the name ‘cause they were talking about it like it was a person and saying things like "that Debbie is one wild woman" but sadly one of my cousins was among the people who was affected by it and had her house flooded with water and that was the second time in a decade that has happened to her. We once had an earthquake here when I was little sometime back in 1984 or 1985 and I don't remember it that much apart from the house shaking and falling over but my Sister does and she remembers being scared and thinking the house was going to crumble but it didn't last that long. Where we live we don't get a lot of natural disasters and we don't have to worry about blizzards 'cause we don't get snow. Do you get a lot of snow in England like they do in America or are you more like us with that?
The only thing we have to worry about where we live is if the damn leaked 'cause there have been experts that have said if it did our whole town and the towns around us would go under and last year the damn was at a really high level thanks to Cyclone Debbie and there were people worrying it was going to overflow and flood the towns but it went down. I do have good vibes for England Dazz and I am sending you lots of positive vibes now. I think our government would be as mental as yours and we don't have that often here but our government makes up for that by doing other crazy things and I am sure you would have heard about the Leadership Spill and us having Scott Morrison as our Prime Minister now and that was caused by Peter Dutton who challenged Malcolm Turnbull to the leadership but lost his supporters when Scott Morrison and Julie Bishop announced they were challenging to be Prime Minister too. Ohh, that is one thing I have been meaning to ask you. Do you get many Leadership Spills in England like we do?

Oh it was terrifying or so im told, I was 1 at the time, so I have no memory of it, but I heard it blew the sausages off of peoples dinner from the chippy, turned umbrella's inside out and even cause some mild involuntary flashing...the horror of it all.
Snow wise im not sure we tend to have the same pattern of events happen each year, we get 1 job lot of snow we are woefully unprepared for, roads close, schools close, high street remains open, we run out of grit and salt, the trains shut down and people moan because this all happened last year, so why aren't we better prepared? answer being it happens once a year we aren't investing millions more into anti-snow defences when give it a day and everything will be fine, fine meaning the nows no longer fresh and high but now compacted and icy so you can all fall and kill yourselves, worst is when it snows we turn it into ice then it snows again, turns a 10 minute walk to the shops into an 90 minute ankle breaking nightmare.
You assume my knowledge of Australian politics is much higher than it in fact is, I don't even know who half the twats in my own government are or what they are doing, other than being plebs, though I love the differences between governments, like ours are allowed to get drunk and heckle each other, people I recall had a thing about someone heckling Obama when he said he had no more campaigns to run, the heckle being saying something like "good", compare that to ours where one MP can shout out "yah full of shite" to another as they are talking and no one cares except to point out it's funny.
As for the good vibes too little too late

Blew the sausages off people’s dinner? No. I suppose you wouldn’t have much of a memory of that event happening if you were only one at the time and I was older than that when we had that earthquake here and I hardly remember it happening but I do remember the flood we had here back in 1992 and have a picture perfect memory of how everything looked like when it was under ‘cause I had never seen anything like it before and have never seen it again here and all these areas I used to go to were completely under with waters and my Aunt and Uncle have pictures of it. My cousin who I was talking about before has experienced a lot more floods than we have and apart from the 2 that flooded her house with water she has had other floods that have blocked her from going to a lot of places.
I can kinda see why they the people in your country don’t want to invest millions into something that only happens there once a year but you think they would invest some money into it so they’re better prepared for the next time and they could build the money up over time and perhaps they could start some type of fund for it and donate a little to it every year. That is what we have here for floods and fires and I heard the government puts aside money to donate to areas that are damaged by floods and fires but a lot of people think they don't contribute enough 'cause it is us people who are the ones donating to them too. Do you have many fires where you live in England? We had a big one here a few years back and it came really close to our house and burned down a fish hatchery my Grandfather used to take my Sister and I to get fish when we were kids and that was quite scary and I was worried the fire was going to get us but thankfully they put it out.

Nah where I live we were fine, just moaning about it being hot, the wildfires we had were more up north, or in Wales & Ireland, were pretty lucky where I live we rarely get any real bother, we don't get the snow much, other places get it occasionally but as a country we tend to get one big blizzard every year, and they do do some stuff, the roads get gritted and everything enough to keep it going on the main roads, but we have so many smaller side roads which is where people get into trouble, and they are too small a lot of the times to grit whilst both sides have people parked on them, and god knows what they could do to fix the trains, maybe make emergency snow busses with snow tires and shit for people to use, I dunno.
TBH if they could fix things we'd still moan it's the national hobby, it's why were are so good at queuing, it gives us something to moan about, were not actually a polite country because we have manners it's so we can moan about shit, we'll let people cut in line just so we can moan about it and let everyone else tut, but we'll be all smiles and oh sure no problem but when we get home ooooh baby will we moan like buggery.

Oh. Okay. Where we live we are getting nothing but rain lately and we have had storms, rain and hail here over the last week and one of the towns near us where I work had a small flood and the road to my work was under and we had to go the long way around but the water is mostly all gone now and is no longer covering the roads. This has been one of the wettest springs we have had in quite some time and we are very lucky we have missed out on most of the hail they have been getting in other towns ‘cause they have been causing damage and they had a woman on the news not long ago who was driving around in the hail and it smashed through her windshield and she had to pull her car over and protect protect her baby and she had red marks and bruises all over her arms and shoulders from where the hail hit her and she said she was terrified while it was happening and the only thing she could do was protect her baby from the hail. Hailstorms can be really bad and when they are like that they tell everybody to stay inside 'cause they can not only injure you but kill you especially when the hail is the size of golf and tennis balls and only that hailstorms don't appear to be as common as blizzards they would be our equivalent to them if we had them for days straight with nonstop hail falling from the sky and it would be very dangerous and make it difficult for people to go anywhere.

Well, now it is rainy and cloudy again and it looks like we are going to be in for a rainy weekend too but I am not looking forward to what they were saying about summer with the record breaking temperatures causing blackouts and putting our electricity bills up again but half the time they don't know what they are talking about with the weather so hopefully they are wrong. We would gladly take the cold and rain over that Josh.

Yeah a high electric bill and blackouts suck. But are you sure you still want my weather? We have snow. Not sure if that is a deal breaker or not.

We have never had snow where we live so I wouldn't have a clue what it feels like and the only time I have seen snow is in movie and TV shows and I would love to experience it in real life so it might be fun to swap for a day or two just so I could. The electrical bills do suck and at the rate they are going there will be some people living out on the streets if the government doesn't find a way to stop them from going up and I think Bill Shorten is the only one that can do that 'cause Tony, Malcolm and Scott have all had their chances and done nothing.

No. They shouldn't and another bad thing is 'cause of the high prices there are some people who aren't using their air conditioners to save electricity and choosing not to have baths and showers to save water and during times like this where we had a heatwave not long ago and that could return again before the end of the month now is the time people should be using both of them 'cause they could pass out from heat exhaustion and there were some old people on the news last year who were doing that during winter and got sick doing it and the government got on TV and said how horrible it was and they couldn't let old people do things like that and they were going to fix it but they did nothing.

Sadly you are most likely right. I wouldn't say it was "suck up shit" but it is pretty obvious they don't know how to fix the problem with the power prices and they are just making out they do on TV so they don't look clueless. We only have just over two months until the next election and now is the time where all the mistakes they have made could come back to haunt them and the same thing could happen to Donald Trump at the next American Election too and they desperately need to get rid of that lunatic.

We only have just over two months until the next election and now is the time where all the mistakes they have made could come back to haunt them and the same thing could happen to Donald Trump at the next American Election too and they desperately need to get rid of that lunatic. Christopher Pyne and Steve Ciobo are leaving now too. This party is going down like a plane on fire. There won’t be anything left of the Coalition after Labor wins the election. Julie Bishop is saying she could have beaten Bill Shorten if she was made Prime Minister but she has gotten out because she knows nobody likes a ScoMo. What is there to like about ScoMo. It is torture having to see this head on the news every night.
