Robert Englund auditioned for the role of Han Solo, but didn't get it because he was considered too young. So later in the day he mentioned the audition to his friend, another struggling actor, who went out and auditioned himself. And got the role of Luke Skywalker. Yep. Robert Englund got Mark hamil the role of his lifetime. Over Heinken's and a game of Monopoly while the Mary Tyler Moore Show played. Wow. I didn't know about that and it is surprising to think Robert Englund was considered too young for the role of Han Solo back then but Harrison Ford wasn't 'cause looking at the two of them now Robert Englund looks older than Harrison Ford and I always thought he was older but Harrison Ford is five years older than Robert Englund. I am not sure what Robert Englund would have been like as Han Solo but if he had got the role it is possible he may have never become Freddy Kreuger and that become his biggest role and Robert always seems to get the villain roles and you rarely see him playing the good or hero character. I didn't know Robert was friends with Mark either and helped Mark get the role but you are very knowledgeable about these things.

I love trivia, especially about things I love. It's almost an obsession of mine.

Well, you can sure tell that and you are a very interesting person cjdull76 full of lots of knowledge and information on things a lot of other people wouldn't know about and my obsession has always been with music and I have spent decades learning everything there is to know about a lot of artists and bands and how to play some of my favourite songs on guitar and piano. I am a completest when it comes to albums and I have to buy them all.

I kind of guessed that about you. I am just in awe of everything that you know about music and bands.

I kind of guessed that about you. I am just in awe of everything that you know about music and bands. Well, I am in awe with some of the things you know too. We are both very knowledgeable people who love many things which is probably another one of the reasons we get along with each other so well and I think music is the best thing in the world and the world would be a lot sadder place if music didn't exist 'cause there is something there for everybody and just a song can evoke so many different emotions and make you think about good times you had with people and cheer you up when you are sad.

Music is food for the soul. Our lives would be that much poorer without it.

Music is food for the soul. Our lives would be that much poorer without it. Music is not just for the soul but it also comes from the soul and many of the greatest songs of all time have been written about people's real life experiences and relationships and some of them have been very heartwarming and tragic. I know from writing songs a lot of the ones people like the most are the ones I have written about my life but it can be easier to write fictional songs than songs about your life though 'cause you get emotionally involved then. I could live without movies and TV shows but I couldn't live without music.

Wow. That is incredibly deep. Music has always been important because it can convey all emotions and inspire people.

It does and it can inspire people to change the world and make it a better place and I don't know if you remember seeing the final few episodes of Season 2 of 'Angel' but they went to an alternate universe Lorne was from that had no music in it and Lorne said music found him and was inside of him but he didn't know what it was until he came over to our universe. I would hate to live somewhere without music and it wasn't surprising it was the way it was.

Agree. A world without music is a drab and unimaginative place and not somewhere I'd want to live.

I think music has always been around in some form going back to the earliest of times in history where people would sing and whistle songs with their friends to Medieval Times where they had singers perform in front of Kings and Queens but we live in one of the luckiest eras for music lovers 'cause we can buy albums on CDs or download them online from stores like I Tunes and a lot of people back then probably never imagined such a thing would be possible and I know I didn't think the downloading part would be when I was younger.

Just thought I would share this news about the DC Universe. This sounds amazing and is one of the main reasons I am hoping we get the DC Universe here in Australia instead of the shows just being released on Netflix and DVD 'cause the amount of comic books that are on it has my attention even more than the shows and we can't get this many comic books to read anywhere near this cheap in Australia and have to buy all these in graphic novel form. DC to Release Entire Golden, Silver, and Bronze Age Comic Library on DC Universe This Weekwww.bleedingcool.com/2019/04/08/dc-to-release-entire-golden-silver-and-bronze-age-comic-library-on-dc-universe-this-week/

How much do they want for one month?
