Watched a trailer of a Korean movie kalled Ichi the killer, and decided that that was taking tasteless too far.. You should reconsider. It's a good movie. It is very violent though.

Not afraid of Horror. Not afraid to watch any film. I refuse to watch remakes. 'Rob Zombie has re-invented Halloween'!!!!!! All 6 TCM remakes are much better than the original. Nightmare on Elm Street has finally been filmed Right!!!!
Fuck off

Also, I saw Seven (however it is spelled) once and I’ll never see it again although I like all the main actors in it.

Men Behind the Sun is on YT. I fast forwarded to the decompression part and it out me off kalamari for life.
Regarding films you can only watch once- Xtro. I was 10 and I'd already seen Alien, Forbidden World, Galaxy of Terror and The Thing and thought I could take anything. But the opening 20 minutes of that film are nightmare fuel

Haven't seen it yet, back in the days of VHS tapes I got it when the video store went out of business, only saw part of it, I bought it on DVD, twice actually, individual, and a Morgan Freeman 3 pack, and still haven't gotten around to it. I also bought the novelization of it, but never got past the first chapter yet.

I found it too disgusting and upsetting to see again. I’m sure a lot of other people liked it for the depth of the horror. Not me. :/

I know someone who walked out on SEVEN after 20 minutes. He said he could see the ending coming a mile away. I sure couldn't.
Men Behind the Sun aka "let us tell you how the Japanese are awfully cruel and to prove it let's toss a cat in a box of rats and then set it on fire to emphasize the need for more compassion in the world."

I'm avoiding the Saw film series for the time being. Torture porn movies are never my thing.

I won't watch anyhing that looks like torture porn and for that matter, I'm not likely to watch new horror films. Not only are they overly unpleasant, but they are not scary.
"A Serbian Film" was just dumb and obnoxious. And i couldnt be bothered to be shocked by it because it was so transparent. It had no perspective.
I think that as punishment for making such an obnoxious and pretentious film, the director should have to submit to a public fanny paddling!

Horror films bother me (overall) so much that I’m only willing to watch them when I can find out who lives in the end. I’m not kidding.
I’ll watch some of them now and then, but I look for spoilers.
It’s the only situation in movies where I do this. I don’t want to get too attached to any of the characters and then see them die horribly.

I've seen Clownhouse, and while I thought it was a fairly decent indie horror flick, I don't know if I'll ever watch it again. I'll just be constantly reminded of what the scumbag director did.

I was always kinda curious about that movie, but I feel like I'd have that same feeling that you describe and I don't think it'll ever be something I'll actually ever sit down and decide to watch. If it was somehow on TV at some point I'd probly flip to for at least a few minutes though.

Pretty much any American one with pretty teenagers in it, especially if they are in the wilderness.
