I like the tops of the feet, Is that really a full on foot fetish though? My understanding is that foot fetishes are about sucking the toe when it coms down to it. If you only like the tops then I submit that you just find it sexy the same way that most people find any part of the body sexy. Do you imagine yourself slobbering on the top of the feet? I'm not knocking it. Whatever floats your boat, as they. Good luck! I don't imagine myself drooling all over it, no, but kissing and licking it slowly up and down, FUCK YEAH!

What if you want to indulge in your fetish(es) with your romantic partner, but they're not into what you like? What do you do then? Is there anything that can be done so that both of you can be happy?

If I may venture a theory regarding foot fetish or the fetish of any other body part, it's not just the part of the body that makes the fetish so hot. I think it's also the act of worshipping since that is something so sensual, intimate, romantic and sexual. You combine those things together and that's what makes the whole fetish so attractive.

Got another: legs crossing, especially when they're in a dress revealing their legs.

Do women have sexual fetishes? I've always assumed this was almost exclusively a guy thing. Yes, of course we have fetishes but much like a lot of other things the focus has always been more on males dreams, goals, fantasies, fetishes and desires than our own and it is not allowed to be acknowledged we have fetishes ‘cause that is acknowledging that we might like sex too which scares weak insecure little boys.

Here's a possible explanation. The foot fetish originates when the little boy is first learning to crawl along the floor, his genital region would naturally be rubbing the floor or the carpet, which - even though he's got years to go before he is able to capitalize on the stimulation - feels good, it is physically stimulating, and what is going on simultaneously is he is seeing whatever is being displayed in his field of his vision, and, crawling around the carpet, what he is going to be seeing a lot of are FEET (or, in the cases of some fetishists, SHOES. Spanish director Luis Bunuel had a shoe fetish; it shows up in a lot of his movies.) This stage of development is pre-verbal and so those early associations are going to remained fixed at this level, it can never be explained away with words or theories because it is taking place before the tyke can make any sense of his experience. It remains and, later on, it becomes the fetish. The genital stimulation/pleasure gets associated with the thing that was going on at the same time. And males are the comparatively visual gender. I don't know where I read this, but I know that as soon as I read it, it made absolutely perfect sense to me. But the vast majority of us lose the baby stage fetish. Most of us come to see the foot as not particularly sexual. Many of us come to find the foot to be a little on the nasty side. Stinky, touch the dirty floor, etc. Personally I'm neither here not there about it. I dont find them disgusting per se, but I don't fine them sexual in any way. So what's different about the foot fetish weirdos... er, I mean, foot fetish enthusiasts? Giggle Ultimately, I think it would be very difficult for a person with (fill in the blank) ____ fetish to be understood by a person who doesn't share the same fetish. If you think a foot fetish is weird/incomprehensible, then probably there is nothing anybody could say to you that would get you to comprehend it or relate to it. And you mention the "vast majority of us lose the baby stage fetish"... I'm not sure I would word it that way, but I can say that "the vast majority of us" don't have a foot fetish, either. If we're looking at percentages, I would think that the percentage of people (men?) who have a foot fetish is very low. You have said that you don't "get" the foot fetishist. Well, I think it's safe to assume that, when it comes down to it, almost nobody does. I think almost by definition, any fetish is going to be enjoyed by only a very few. Also, you said Most of us come to see the foot as not particularly sexual. Well, I don't think that all of us non-foot-fetishists (and that would be just about everybody) ever found the foot sexual to begin with. So, they don't really "come to see" anything, because, for most of us, it was never there to begin with. And as far as the foot being "stinky", well, pheromones are an essential part of sexual attraction. Perhaps you don't know this, but there are some gay men (myself included) that find the odor that emanates from some men's armpits to be very arousing. I hope that didn't gross you out too much, but it's a fact. (Some straight men are aroused by the odor of female genitalia. That wouldn't be me by a loooong shot, but hey, whatever floats your boat, right?) When we're talking about what excites people sexually, there are no rules. Anything goes. You think the foot fetishist is weird? I once heard of a man who could only achieve an orgasm by watching a woman sneeze. That's right, you heard me correctly. Now, I have my theories about that (I'm just full of theories! ) but I don't have to go into that one for now. What I said earlier was that it was the association that linked the visual to the erogenous for the pre-verbal infant/toddler, and it is during this stage of development where the fetish has its roots. Okay, this is an example that doesn't involve a sexual feeling, but a very strong feeling nonetheless. When I was in my early twenties I dated a guy for about six months. He always wore Halston Z-14 cologne. This was 28 years ago. I happen to own a bottle of Z-14, and whenever I put some on, all those 28 year old memories come flooding back to me, e.g., hanging out with him in the college dorm where I lived, the music he introduced me to, the way he wore his hair, etc. Like it was yesterday. Another example - used bookstores often have this old, musty smell. Most people aren't necessarily attracted to this odor. (In fact, some people, I would imagine, find it downright unpleasant.) But whenever I am in a used bookstore and it has that particular musty odor about it (and it usually does), I am immediately transported to my grandparent's basement (which was fixed up very nicely so you could actually spend time there, tv set, big couch, ping pong table, an area with a bed for taking a nap, a refrigerator, etc.). Their basement definitely had the musty odor very much like the old, used bookstore (I am sure you know the odor I am talking about), and immediately I will experience pleasant feelings of nostalgia and comfort and warmth and being safe. So, I LOVE going to old, used bookstores. I could spend hours in one of these places. And to a large extent, this is because of the way it smells. And I think that it's possible that as human beings, our sense of sight is even more powerful, more developed, more utilized than our sense of smell, so that theory I read about a foot fetish does seems very possible, even likely. Also, I think by nature, fetishes are going to seem different or weird or hard to understand for those of us who don't share in the fetish.

In some places you set me straight, in others you brought lots of pleasant memories back. You da man!
p.s. Just to be clear, I admit that I do find foot fetish to be strange, BUT I don't hold it against anyone. I don't think anyone is a freak for liking what they like. If it makes you happy and doesn't hurt anyone then more power to you.

I enjoy normal things like big asses, fitness models, yoga pants, and classic lingerie like garters and stockings. I also enjoy cumming inside or onto a woman while she sings Chad's national anthem, La Tchadienne. If the singing is not matched up exactly with my orgasm, I become extremely angry. And have her executed?

BDSM.
This covers the full spectrum of bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism.
I'm usually the dominant partner, but I'm not entirely against the idea of some variation.

None of the other orientations bother me, but they're just not my cup of tea.

Of course not. Why would ya think that? I just don't understand why ya thought it was relevant to mention them.
