Personally my favorite is Uncharted 1. This is because it is the most simple and fun game. The next games become way more cinematographic and loaded with railroad scenes where you lose time by just pushing buttons. Even if all the next games have better graphics, the most fun remains the first game, because of being simply clever.

I'm going to vote for the first one but I'm positive the new one coming out is going to be the best. You know, the one with the 2 hot chicks. I'm glad they went in that direction and hopefully get the uncharted series back on track. It's a welcoming breath of fresh air.

The 2nd by far. Although I haven't played the fourth yet. I just thought the story, locations and Macguffin of 2 were better than 1 or 3.

The first game is by miles and miles the weakest one. Still a pretty good game. Too bad the 2nd half is way weaker.
Then choosing between Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3 and Uncharted 4 is so difficult.
