Anyone else here get Radio Classics on Sirius? It’s a wonderful resource.
I’ve got in on in the background at the moment and am a bit befuddled; they’re broadcasting a radio adaptation of It’s a Wonderful Life right now! “Christmas in July,” I guess?

Favorite (and creepiest) Christmas episode:
December 1946 'Suspense' episode
Robert Taylor in 'The House in Cyprus Canyon'

I’ve gotta listen to “The House on Cypress Canyon,” mattgarth; I feel that I have listened to it, the synopsis seems familiar, but maybe I’m conflating it with something else? As for horror (more accurately: terror) and Christmas, I wrote about the intersection of the two on these boards last Christmas, and it’s a topic that often intrigues me. “Scary ghost stories and tales of the glories of Christmases long long ago” and all that. I love the old tradition of telling ghost stories at Christmastime… but now I’m staring out of the window of my office and looking upon a 81° day with a storm that’s supposed to be coming in! Heh. I found it curious to have radio version of It’s a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Carol on in the background in the middle of July, though…
