This series deserves its own thread, right? (You’re also more than welcome to talk about the 2002 TZ reboot as well; I just didn’t really like that one.) The thing is that I don’t think this show really has anything to do with the original TZ—there’s hardly anything Serling-esque about it, and it leans far more toward supernaturalism and fantasy—but it’s fairly decent in its own right, in the same vein as Tales from the Darkside and Tales from the Crypt. While the series never manages to reach the highs of the original (i.e., actual) Twilight Zone, there are some good episodes. Two in particular I’m fond of: “The Shadow Man” (Season 1, Episode 23) and “Something in the Walls” (Season 3, Episode 19)

I have the first season on DVD. The audio commentaries on some segments are for rhe most part terrific and very informative and fun.
A Message From Charity is one of the best romance stories on tv. In the same vein, Her Pilgrim Soul is another one.
Damn, I'll post again after I look through my set, but two of my favorites is where the leprechan goes on vacation to America and gets caught by three boys, and the one with William Petersen investigates a "secret" that drives people insane.
This show had one of the eeriest and unsettling opening theme and images ever.

I never cared for this version. Of course I have a bias against remakes in general.

I'm watching the '80s show. I'm 6 episodes in so far. It's not as strong as the first show so far. No really classic episodes that I'll remember.

Just watched it and I can see why. It's a really cute episode. None of the episodes so far are like what we would have seen from the first show. The first series was more thought provoking and normally had some kind of social message behind the storytelling. This show is more of a fun show with stories that have a sci-fi theme to them.
