I thought the Aquaman trailer made it look like a blast and the Shazam! trailer has this Homecoming/Antman vibe to it.

I thought the Aquaman trailer made it look like a blast and the Shazam! trailer has this Homecoming/Antman vibe to it. The Shazam! trailer didn't have any SMH or Ant-Man vibe to it. I thought the Shazam! trailer had more of a Greatest American Hero vibe to it.

Oh, that's right. Most MCU fans don't remember The Greatest American Hero because they weren't even born yet.

No need for the pointless back and forth.
I haven't seen them myself but I know before the trailer people were kinda unsure on Shazam. Nothing for Wonder Woman?

No need for the pointless back and forth. It isn't without a point.
DC-Fan would pretend he hated the Shazam trailer if it was an MCU movie and cite the overuse of humor as one of the main reasons.

Well that's your opinion, but Shazam very much has a Marvel vibe to it No, it doesn't. Like I said, Shazam! has more of a Greatest American Hero vibe to it than any Marvel vibe. And GAH had a Marvel vibe to it too with the lighter tone and humor, much like Shazam.

No, it doesn't. Like I said, Shazam! has more of a Greatest American Hero vibe to it than any Marvel vibe. And GAH had a Marvel vibe to it too with the lighter tone and humor, much like Shazam. The Greatest American Hero was long before any MCU movie. If anything, MCU copied its lighter tone and humor from The Greatest American Hero.

Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, and Patty Jenkins did a brief Q&A segment. Wonder Woman is only 3 and 1/2 weeks into production, but they did show some teaser footage that won't be released online. The teaser footage is described here: Wonder Woman 1984 Shows Its First Footage At San Diego Comic-Con.

Unless somebody involved in the film has said they were striving to be one or another then how Shazam! feels like in tone can only go so far in discussion. As it stands you have no right to call seahawksraak00 wrong because of how subjective such a thing is.

Y'know for somebody who calls himself "DC-Fan" it's nothing short of astounding that of all things you are trying to argue that the Shazam! movie is striving to be like The Greatest American Hero when you do realize that Shazam! predates that series by decades and has had movie serials and TV appearances in the media before as well.

Dc-Fan why is the humor in Shazam so kiddie compared to MCU? Aren’t “Dc movies supposed to be “mature”?” That humor was so bad in Shazam it was cringe.
