Is it weird I never labelled my toys as anything, they were just my toys, I had my Turtle toys, my Thundercat toys, my He-man toys, my power ranger toys, Simpson toys, my Superman toys, my sister had her stuffed animals...and some of mine too, I WANT BARNSEY BACK, and my pink care bear, thieving little shit...but yeah I dunno maybe my family is just odd but we never labelled that stuff as action figures or dolls, well except the baby dolls that piss themselves they were the dolls, shouldn't all the other "dolls" just be called figures anyway? now gender segregation or anything just figures, easy enough to distinguish the tow apart who the fuck is gonna mistake my Raphael figure for my sister Barbie figure, or you know wonder whose is who when im dressed head to toe in turtle gear and a pair of plastic sai's with a red bandana on my face and she's in a dress having a tea party. No 'cause it is only recently these people have really started getting worked up over what they believe are boys and girls toys and are complaining about it and for all their stupid complaints about other people forcing things on them they are trying to force traditional gender stereotypes on children 'cause they are afraid of change and are the type of people who think the 1950s was the glory days and we were all so much happier back in that decade before feminism come along in the 70s and ruined everything for them. I knew boys that had stuffed animals too and there was nothing wrong with them and nobody said anything about it back then until now 'cause now everything is some PC, SJW or gay agenda to them when people don't follow traditional stereotypes.

The thing is a lot of our gender stereotypes are not that new. For example blue as a boys color has only been around since the 1940s. Before then blue was considered a feminine color. It used to be considered masculine to cry.

I remember you saying that to me once before and that is interesting 'cause a lot of these people make out gender stereotypes have been that way not just for decades but thousands of years and say things like people are going against biology or God's way when they don't follow them and it just goes to show how uneducated they are when they make themselves out to be know-it-alls. I think old gender stereotypes do both of genders harm.

A lot of our lingering hang ups are relatively new concepts, nudity and sexuality being taboo is newish as is evident by old works or art where tits, dicks, nuts, butts, growlers, bumming, blowing, fingering, muff diving and honking on bobo are depicted with some frequency.
The only real longstanding ignorant bullshit is sexism which has been prevalent all across the globe sadly, and for thousands of years not just a few centuries or just decades, well that and religious intolerance.

Huh. Funny you mention religious intolerance as the Salem Witch Trials ended today.

Yeah. You are definitely right there about nudity and sexuality being taboo is fairly new and you say about old works of art but you only have to look at how the Aboriginal people lived here in Australia with no clothes and I don't know when people become such prudes with nudity and being nude was seen as wrong or a sin 'cause Adam and Eve were nude in the bible but we live in a world now where cutting people's heads off and turning people into human centipedes is considered less offensive than showing penises and vaginas in movies and TV shows and a lot of parents have no problem with their children seeing blood and guts but the thought of them seeing private parts are shocking. I personally think it should be the opposite and we shouldn't be so prudish with nudity 'cause we are all born naked into this world.

I blame the Protestants! Just kidding! Do Protestants still use that name anymore? I have seen the word used in historical books but I have never actually met a person who calls themselves a Protestant and most religious people I know are either Christians or Catholics. I have met people of other religions and I was into Wicca when I was younger as you know but those are the two dominant religions where we live and most other people are non religious.

Everybody who is waiting to see Season 2 of 'Krypton' I can officially confirm the show has wrapped up filming and will be returning to the screen later this year and I am very interested in seeing what their version of Lobo is like going on what they are saying about the character so far and his look hasn't exactly been best received by fans but he could still turn out to be a great version and many were skeptical of their versions of Braniac and Zodd but both were well received by fans. I think their version of Doomsday looks better than the one we saw in 'Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice' and it will be fun to see all the destruction and chaos he causes.
