The Mouse on Haunted Hill
A mouse moves into an empty mansion with his wife and mousie kids. Then things start to get weird - the cheese disappears on a regular basis, as does his wife. Then one day he hears moans and grunts coming from a room he thought empty and goes to investigate - his wife and a strange mouse are there with red faces. When he asks what was going on they tell him they saw a ghostly mouse and are out of breath from tying to escape it.
