Well, I suppose it is possible to inflict a head wound with one of those guns, but a band-aide and some pills for the resulting headache would probably take care of matters. We certainly have different definitions for things, those of us who live in the real world, and those of you who live in the outback. I usually call those deaths, you call them headaches.
Where's the nearest hospital in the outback? How about ambulance response time? Not good I imagine.

The nearest hospital to where I live is approximately 20 kilometres away. In an emergency, it shouldn't take it more than 10 to 12 minutes to get here. In fact, I once had to call an ambulance for myself in my younger days...

The nearest hospital to where I live is approximately 20 kilometres away. In an emergency, it shouldn't take it more than 10 to 12 minutes to get here. In fact, I once had to call an ambulance for myself in my younger days... Let me guess, while you were swinging the knife at some poor tourist you accidently nicked yourself on the come around?

No, I suffered some muscular strain once, while moving some heavy boxes around... It caused part of my intestine to twist over and become blocked. A muscle relaxant removed the pain and a couple of tests soon sorted out what had happened.

But hey, a frown is just a smile that's upside-down... Anyway, the point is that he does smile... at least as much as my other two fictional role models from childhood.
