And Mothra as the queen of the monsters then which monster do you see as the prince of the monsters? I myself think Rodan would fill that spot quite nicely since he is considered by many as the second toughest monster after Godzilla.

I always thought Gamera was cool. Giant flying turtles rule! I was looking at some of the later Gamera movies and to my surprise they fall under the Toho banner but of course they only distribute the later films but I guess they are sort of connected. I should see if can get this changed a little to get them to include the Daiei cinematic universe on here too! That way people can post stuff about Gamera and other related films on here too!

I should see if can get this changed a little to get them to include the Daiei cinematic universe on here too! That way people can post stuff about Gamera and other related films on here too!
The Gamera where they shaved the kids head because they planned to eat his brain freaked me out when I was a kid. I vaguely remember another one with alien women in skin tight rubber fetish gear.

You are thinking of one and the same! The space alien women wanted to eat the kid brains and the name of that Gamera film was called Attack Of The Monsters. It's been awhile since I've watched any of the old Gamera movies a re-watch is in order for me in the near future. |
