Anybody Else Had An Inordinate Number Of BSOD's In The Past Few Months ??

Starting earlier in the year (might have been about February or March), my 3 year old Dell PC (Windows 10), which had previously been ROCK-solid, suddenly started experiencing a number of BSOD's (computer suddenly crashes, and displays the "Blue Screen Of Death", requiring a shut down and restart, in order to get back up and running).
At first, it would only be every 3, or 4, or 5 days, but as time went on, it seemed to be happening more and more frequently (and every time, always ending with an audible "stuttering" sound coming from the speakers, which didn't stop until the system was shut down). To make matters worse, it never seemed to be happening with any discernible pattern, or when using a particular program(s), app, and/or any particular (video/gaming/streaming, etc.) website, which made it difficult to zero in on just what might be going on.
And, as I mentioned, my PC is not that old, and all of the fans, the power source, and all my other hardware seemed to be working fine, so I pretty much ruled out any problems inside the case, which can sometimes be the problem (especially where it comes to overheating).
After researching and trying MANY of the different diagnosis/solution procedures that are out there on the web with absolutely NO success, eventually I resorted to the deletion of programs installed on my computer, that might have been directly causing, or associated in some way to the problem itself.
My first stop was Iolo's, System Mechanic. Completely deleted it, and tried things out, but, no luck. Within a day or two, my computer was back to intermittent crashes.
Next, came my anti-virus program, which was Kaspersky's Internet Security, and............Voilà !!! What had been an ongoing problem for months on end, SUDDENLY was completely gone, and my system was back to being the same old rock-solid PC I had been enjoying before this strange, and REALLY annoying odyssey, first began.
It's been two full months since I stumbled on my particular solution (ended up replacing Kaspersky with BitDefender), and I haven't looked back.
All I can figure, is that one of the Kaspersky updates was either faulty, or something related to that program, or one of those files, somehow got corrupted, and ended up at the root of this problem (as most of you who read this can probably tell, though I do have SOME 'self-taught' computer knowledge gained from two decades, or so, of personal computer use, I am, OBVIOUSLY, no computer expert!).
So why relate this experience? For no other reason than the fact there may be somebody else who may have been, or is, experience the same, or a similar problem. And even though my particular solution might not be the one that can help them, I've learned that sometimes just reading what somebody else has tried in a similar circumstance, can eventually lead to trying something that DOES end up working.
So, if this helps somebody else, great........if not, at least I tried.......
