Ghost Rider (2007) wasn't bad. It wasn't great but it was vastly better than the sequel.

I'd just like them to explain why everyone speaks perfect English all across the galaxy... Maybe it's like Mass Effect and they have some universal translator installed. I never knew that about Mass Effect. Interesting. The English thing always bothered me there too

The English thing always bothered me there too I think it was mentioned in the codex as well. I'll be honest, I wish they would have had a scene where Drax and Mantis talked in a alien language from Tony, Peter and Strange point of view. Missed opportunity from marvel (in my honest opinion)

They're basically action adventure with no emphasis on mythology or world building. It's just goofy fantasy fun- which is totally fine... But when they try to tie all these movies together as if they're all part of the same mythos it feels very flimsy to me. They don't want us to think about it too much because when we do, it all falls apart.

I still think this should be explored.
I've been rereading some old Ghost Rider comics and Lucifer made for a great antagonist.
Hell I'd even be fine with him being a Celestial that came to earth and amused him self by fucking with the human race.
Could even explore the Bible conception.

Mephisto is more possible now they have Dr. Srange. They avoided Mephisto & Satan by having Zarathos seeming to create Reyes's rider. The biker wore Blaze's outfit. They have Hulk, Strange, & Valkyrie as well as a version of the Rider. We are lacking Namor, Son of Satan & Nighthawk from the Defenders God was a different matter. The Norse gods, the Roman gods, the Celestials, etc were not the creators of the universe.

Well there's that time that Cap said "There's only one God..." but that's about it. Personally, I'd prefer they stay away from this topic. It will just open a can of worms.

Yeah in Guardians of the Galaxy they show that Peter Quill has a "Translator Implant in Neck". The presumption is that most people in the universe have something similar in order to communicate.

Ghost Rider (2007) wasn't bad. It wasn't great but it was vastly better than the sequel. It could have been great but they fucked it up. Cage was the wrong actor, and they wasted all the budget on CGI fire when they could have done most of it practically.
Also, the BLEW the perfect final act. When the two Ghost Riders were heading out to the ghost town, I was assuming they were going to do something like For A Few Dollars More with the older and younger gunfighters fighting the banditos. Instead, Sam Elliot says: "that's all the fire I had left in me, good luck son."

I wouldn't mind them addressing it. I don't think it would have to be considered a one religion answer though. Obviously Old Norse religion held some truth once upon a time in the MCU. I wouldn't want a definitive answer or anything. Like we don't need to meet God or Jesus, but Mephisto would be a great character to see.
On a side note, since Ghost Rider does exist in the MCU but as Robbie Reyes, I'd like to see a Ghost Rider movie or show set in the 70s. Since stunt performers like Johnny Blaze aren't nearly as popular now as they once were, and because Robbie Reyes is the third Ghost Rider, it'd be cool to see them go from Johnny Blaze to Danny Ketch then have it line-up with Reyes on Agents of SHIELD.

Honestly I'd like a Jesus vs Allah movie.

I'm good enough with it not being addressed. I had a few moments during Daredevil where I wondered am I watching a Catholic superhero?
I do think it's cool that alien cultures within the MCU (frankly, including earth) might build some of their God and Satan myths around other beings in the universe. Like if Dormamu came over to Earth, a lot of people would probably think he's the Devil and this is some Biblical rapture going on.
Likewise if Galactus shows up, people will probably think it's God.

Me too! I guess if they ever want to do a Satan type character he would be the perfect candidate for it. They should just reuse Peter Fonda. He was the sole redeeming thing about Ghost Rider (2007). Whelp that won't be happening now. R.I.P Mr Fonda
