They are all serviceable. Except Requiem which really keeps word with what it's name promises for the franchise. What an underlit piece of crap.

Predator (1987) (9/10) - Damn near perfect action-horror movie
Predator 2 (1990) (7/10) - A decent followup to the original film that expanded the lore and did something different with the premise
Predators (2010) (7/10) - Had a really cool premise with decent execution, but suffered from soft-reboot-itis
AVP: Alien vs. Predator (2004) (5/10) - A bad movie, but had some entertaining moments
Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) (3/10) - Has virtually no value in terms of entertainment or anything good/interesting

1 & 2 I really like and can rewatch whenever, AVP I like but it's not a good movie at all, Predators I know I watched but I have forgotten almost all of it which means it was very meh to me, not memorable at all, The Predator is fucking atrocious and because of that I will not forget it but god did it suck, I mean I can laugh during Michael Bay films despite the jokes being lame as shit or in bad taste but still The Predator never got a laugh out of me except in a moment I don't know if I am meant to find funny or not, AVPR is just dear lord it is bad, I didn't even watch it all I was bored and annoyed far to much far to early on, The Predator I managed to sit through atleast.
