I saw part of one episode and thought it was silly beyond words.

I'd probably watch an entire episode if they didn't pixelate the nudity. They may as well have the contestants in swim suits, you would actually see more.

Honestly, who hasn't watched a little bit at least, to see if they show any nudity?
Then you realize dirty starving naked people are not that interesting.

I've seen one episode but I don't see the point in the nudity.

female fan
The nudity is IMO, just a ratings gimmick.

These "reality" shows are just stupid. Why anyone would/could waste their time with them is beyond me.

Heisenberg
I may watch a "brain-dead" reality show to tune off before I sleep.

It should be renamed: "Will do anything to be on TV".

Is that Naked and Afraid:Prehistoric Edition? Those look like cave people.

I watch the show, but it's poorly executed IMHO.
- First, it's only 21 days. Half the time you see people just sit around and starve until extraction date. That isn't 'survival'. There are episodes, I KID YOU NOT that skip from Day 11 to Day 19 before we see what they are up to next. Why? Because they sat on the beach or river bed lying in the sun doing nothing for 7 days.
- Second, the show should follow 5 pairs (ten people in all). It should be 13 episodes and show their journey over an entire season. You would see more daily grind.
-Third, they should have objectives they have to meet before the end of the experience. "Collect 'x' amount of this, or build a specific size shelter, or make a fire without aid of a lighter, etc...
-Fourth, at the end of 30 days, not 21, the group who achieved the most objectives and survived wins. I the winning group gets 1,000,000 each, second place 100,000 each, and so on until 5th place is 10,000 each.
-Fifth, by day 15, if a pair hasn't achieved at least 2 objectives, they should have the choice to be disqualified or try and survive the final 15 days on alone (seperate them) with a new set of individual objectives.
You know, spice it up. I get the point of the show is to be completely savage, naked, and survive in the wild. However, some of these people can't hunt, gather, or anything. It's like watching people sit around naked in the woods complaining. The BEST episodes are the ones where people catch food, and work together to survive. I HATE the ones where they try and group two COMPLETELY different people just to see if they'll fight for drama. That isn't good TV IMO.
