Recast the MCU characters with different actors. There are only 2 rules:
1. The race of the new actor should be different from the race of the current actor portraying the character. 2. The actor should at least be a good pick for the character (i.e. - the casting should still make sense even if the race is different)
Begin!
P.S. - I got this idea from the whole "Michael B. Jordan as Superman" news.

Tony Stark - Will Smith War Machine - Mark Wahlberg Bruce Banner - Ken Leung Black Widow - Zoe Saldana Doctor Strange - Shah Ruhk Khan Hawkeye - Sung Kang Ant-Man - John Cho The Wasp - Rashida Jones Gamora - Karen Gillan Captain Marvel - Priyanka Chopra Damn. Not bad. Not bad at all. I particularly like Shah Ruhk Khan and your Asian choices. Nice.
As many of you might already know I'm usually the guy that takes the opinion that casting white characters with black actors is not some great sin. MOST of these characters, the majority of them, don't have stories where they NEED to be inherently white, or any particular race, really.
However, there are a few instances where I think they should remain as we've known them thus far. An obvious examples is: Black Panther. He is the King and native of an African country. How could he NOT be black?
And to that I add someone from the list above: Black Widow. Her story is very specifically the story of a Russian, dragged into service for the KGB or whatever shadowy spy organization is for Russia. Historically speaking turning a person of color into a spy for Russia is not something that we know has happened. So while it would be an interesting story and not completely impossible (kind've clever actually, as no one would suspect) the best bet would be to cast such a character as white.

Josh Groban... a guy who would never be able to get close to a Kat Dennings without his fame and fortune.

SRK would probably make for a pretty decent Stark as well.
I completely agree with what else you said. There are characters where race doesn't really matter and the ones you mentioned are good examples. With War Machine or Stark, race doesn't really matter. And Spider-Man seems perfect for an Asian actor for some reason. But Luke Cage or BP couldn't be a different race. I never thought that way about Black Widow, but you're totally right. I also didn't used to think that way about Bruce Wayne until I read this article by Marc Bernardin:
Even with that though I could imagine in the decades to come that Batman comics will be set in that present day and Thomas Wayne could've grown up in the 80s, 90s, and/or 2000s and easily married a Martha of a different race.

The article is certainly interesting and makes a real point. Its true that sort of legacy of wealth don't exist in the African-American community, and generational guilt is a component of Bruce Wayne's psyche. But like you said, a black person could have married into the Wayne fortune or an African American Bruce could be adopted as a baby. There are ways around that.
I also think that Superman could be from a black Kryptonian family and then adopted by a white Kansas farming family. Or even an African American Kansas farming family.
I don't think those changes necessarily distort the characters themselves, but there would be changes in how people react to them. For example: Imagine the racism and hatred towards a black man who beats people up in an urban sprawl like Batman? Or imagine the racism and hatred toward a black man who has the powers of a god?!
I think these would be interesting stories to explore, but I don't think anyone would be brave enough to actually do them. In the comics they have explored stories LIKE these with Alternate Reality version of the characters (An Obama inspired Superman at DC, a story where Captain America's super soldier serum was tested first on a black man at Marvel). But I doubt we'll ever see it in the movies. At least not in our lifetimes.

I'm not a fan of the adopted angle for some odd reason. I'm sure I'm being just as close-minded as someone who doesn't want to change a character to a different race though. For instance, I thought Michael B. Jordan was perfect for Human Torch but thought it was silly they didn't just make Sue Storm black as well.
I don't think race matters for Superman either. I think people don't recognize that a lot of characters weren't made to be white for any creative decision. They were white because they were created in a different time where there is no way a major black superhero would've sold well.
Those stories DO sound interesting. The best we could hope for really is Sam Wilson taking over the Captain America mantle, or maybe John Henry Irons replacing Superman in the Justice League someday.

And damn... Jamie Foxx is a good choice as well.
I could actually see Oscar Isaac as either Bucky or Captain America now that you mentioned him.
Not loving Sofia Vergara as Captain Marvel lol.
In regards to Dwayne Johnson as Drax, I've always imagined Guardians being made in the early 2000s and basically having the same cast as The Rundown. The Rock as Drax, Seann William Scott as Star-Lord, and Rosario Dawson as Gamora.
Overall some seriously solid choices. A lot of fun to imagine.

Sofia Vergara was a last minute addition. Mostly just to replace Jennifer Lopez. You're right though, they're both bad choices. I'll need to think more on Captain Marvel. But yes, I always felt like Olivia Munn and Stephen Lang were perfect choices for Gamora and Fury respectively.

Captain America - Michael B. Jordan (seems fitting since both Evans and Jordan played Human Torch, why not have both play Cap)
Iron Man - Will Smith Black Widow - Zazie Beetz (inspiration from Deadpool 2) Star-Lord - Kevin Hart
