Choose the closest ones that apply to you.
Feel free to chose more than one if your clique incorporated more than one. Or if you were part of multiple different ones throughout the years then do so as well. I figured 10 options would be enough.

troublemaker. on the verge of getting expelled a few times... Cool! Got any interesting troublemaking stories for us? I think these are all pretty universal, except for maybe Jock. Not sure if other countries use that term. It means the kids who are into sports. To me, the definitions for: Troublemakers, are the students who get into trouble a lot, for things such as grafitti, vandalism, pranks, disrupting class etc Slackers, are the students who are lazy and don't care for school work. They show up to class late a lot, or cut class altogether etc Of course they can also go together, like troublemaker slackers. I gave the option to vote for up to 10 different cliques if your group incorporated more than one. Or if you were part of different cliques at different times throughout the years.

A bit of a loner.
And as an Aussie, I don't recognize over half of those categories.
Most of them simply didn't exist where and when I went to school.

I was a skating rocker/metal head (still got my skates but lost my board at some point in the many years since my youth)

Band geek
Also a bit of jock, nerd, slut, weirdo and troublemaker. But "band geek" is probably the most prominent one.

I was primarily a troublemaker for challenging teachers--questioning claims, questioning material we were being taught, etc. My personality offline is just like it is online. (Well, with the exception that I joke around even more offline, because too often joking around online seems to not be understood.)

We also had Burnouts, Dirts, Geeks, and Squids.
Burnout: Into heavy metal or classic rock, possibly smokes pot and/or cigarettes, long hair, jean jacket with patches of their favorite bands. Sort of a tough crowd but they were usually cool to losers, and only fought with jocks and popular types.
Dirt: Like a lesser burnout, who was bordering on loser. Dirts smoked cigarettes, but weren't cool enough to smoke pot. And they were grubbier by nature, whereas burnouts made an effort to achieve a ragged look. Dirts would pick on lesser losers.
Geek: Losers who banded together and hung out. Usually got bad grades, and got picked on a lot.
Squid: Something of a catch-all for anyone exhibiting punk, goth and skater tendencies. Plain skaters weren't considered squids, unless they were into alternative music.
There was another subculture which didn't have a name. It would have definitely been a regional thing. Eastern Europeans. Not anyone who was an Eastern European would fall into the group. But the group mainly was Slavic and Albanian. They dressed pretty well and had families that had nice houses and nice cars, had long mullets and dressed in a certain style (lots of Armani, Hugo Boss and 8-Ball jackets). They liked hip-hop, were on the soccer team, and dealt and snorted a lot of coke.

troublemaker. on the verge of getting expelled a few times... Cool! Got any interesting troublemaking stories for us? not sure its interesting but the closest to being expelled was for something i certainly didnt mean as troublemaking it was more carelessness. someone called a bomb alert into the school, which meant everybody was evacuated, cops and dogs searching the building and us waiting for a couple hours in the soccer field before we can return. this happened twice in one month (i was not the person calling in the fake alert) so when it happened for the third time right in the morning, i said : hey lets go to the movies instead of waiting here like idiots: so our class went. to see Pulp Fiction i think. and then some of us went for a few drinks after i admit. but we did all return to school after about 4 hours. yes it was a bit later than we should have but we did return. apparently it was a big deal. the principal came to our class screaming and before anyone had a chance to :squeal: whos idea it was he yelled at me and my best friend " I am sure this was your initiative, Nora and Andrew". He was right, it was. So we both got put on probation for that. other than that, just the usual stuff. horsing around in an out of classroom, sliding down the hallways on a table, throwing ball through some windows, bringing a squirting gun to school (this was before 9/11 and in Europe so not SUCH a huge deal) and general talking back (and not always gracefully), disrupting, skipping classes, lying about doctors notes, violating dress code etc. My parents hated going to the PTA meetings for they would hear mostly complaints about my behaviour. Needless to say I wasnt excited about them going there either .

There weren't any fulltime cliques in my high school way back when. I think this is a modern thing that kids need to box themselves into.

If Inbetweeners are those that got along with members of various cliques without belonging to any, then that.
