At no point that I am aware of does the Bible say pagan deities were not real. It does however caution against worshipping them. I did a thread about Osiris once, and of course Poisoned Dragon was there to "debunk" it, which was fully expected. I remember my Latin teacher telling the class that Alexander the Great visited the tomb of Achilles, and fictional characters don't get tombs built for them. There was something about the breastplate of Achilles too, but I can't remember it now. EDIT -- That doesn't mean I believe in the Egyptian creation story any more than I believe in the Sumerian creation story. It just means I believe these gods were real entities worshipped by people. That's an interesting interpretation and I'm not wholly against it. It could see that these gods like Osiris and Baal are powerful entities even if they are not creator gods. The Bible implies that about Baal. I don't buy it. But it's possible. I think it conceivable that if you get a Mr. Potato Head and worship it and make offerings to it, a negative spirit can inhabit it. They didn't have Mr. Potato Heads in ancient times, so they made idols from stone, metal, and wood.

If a Mr. Potato Head can become demon infested, then it should also be possible for Lego constructions to be as well (perhaps if they have the right shape). Would disassembling a possessed Lego work forcibly exorcise the demons?

Excalibur is the movie to see for a definitive King Arthur flick.
A serious one that is. And no ignoring the Christian element, it plays a vital role. 👍
That shit with Clive Owen, pretend it never happened.
