My favorite is the classic cheesecake with strawberry syrup.

Never liked it. If I'm getting cake, I don't want it to taste like sour milk.

Cherry Cheesecake. That's what my Grandmother used to make.

Gotta go with MCDemuth. That's my favorite as well, and the one my mom made. I have her spring pan, but bake flourless chocolate cakes in it, not cheese cake.

I've always found cheesecake you get in restaurants would taste good if they weren't just so damn sweet... it's pretty much uneatable at that point. So I once made my own and it was delicious! Heaven in my mouth. I've never liked cake, but now I'm starting to think that maybe it's just because all bought cakes are just too goddamn sweet.
Not that I'm going to go out and start baking regularly however... it's too tedious for me.

Junior's classic cheesecake is second to none.

My favorite cheesecake is not a cheesecake at all, it's a icecream cake that tastes like cheesecake called Ehrenmarks glasstårta.

I like a variety of cheesecake styles, but Junior’s is on the top of my list.

I used to make this cheesecake quite often: It's a recipe from Baker's chocolate. Contains booze (it says Amaretto, but put whatever in it) Looks really impressive.

Tastes delicious and fairly easy to make. It takes more time to sort the flavours and put down the layers (vanilla, chocolate, marble) than anything else. I cheat and buy the cookies already made. This brand, if possible: and the dark chocolate variety. Can also use light creamcheese.
