Why did he start making such crappy movies? His filmography is a mess. He had a sort of return to form with Rakht Charitra 1 & 2 then went back to shit. How did the guy who made Rangeela, Company and Satya start doing such second rate films?
I wonder what Sarkar 3 will be like.

I think it happens, BR. People tend to lose their touch. Hitchcock, Kurosawa, Godard, Fellini... all these artists faced such a crisis in their late careers. I think Naach was the last great film that came from RGV's stable. After that, it all went downhill. I feel that it's quite late now for him to reinvent himself. He's trying haplessly to grab the shadow of his former self, but I guess he doesn't really recognize what is it that he actually lost. Creative process is a subconscious process and our conscious self is poor in articulating it. The best chance that I see for him, or any artist who has lost his muse, is to undergo a memory-erasure procedure and start afresh. All these fragments of past mistakes cloud the artistic clarity and inhibit new creation. Also, I think he needs to surround himself with better artists, especially writers.
