Some Richard Russo. Nobody's fool. Kinda funny/bad entertaining in a Lifetime movie kinda way. Trucks get stuck in mud. Kids hit old men in their swollen knee.

"Fire and Blood", the newest book in the Game of Thrones universe. It is not the long-awaited sixth book in the main narrative that was adapted into the TV series it is a history of the two centuries or so of Targaryen rule over Westeros, written in a style that a Westerosi historian might have employed.

I'm currently reading a book on Tom Cruise. It starts out as this young guy makes good in the movie industry and turns into a "super Scientology nut throws his weight around." Just weird.
