ANYONE who has seen either (or both) PRACTICAL MAGIC or A PRINCESS FOR CHRISTMAS(also known as CHRISTMAS IN CASTLEBERRY), who can ID instrumental music- - - I need your help! Help me, Obi-wan Kenobi?
In PRACTICAL MAGIC, it plays a bunch of times, usually when something good is going to happen. In PRINCESS FOR CHRISTMAS, it plays when Jules, Ashton, and the kids are decorating the tree and find the grandfather's favorite ornament, and it stops just before he comes in and booms about the forbidden Christmas tree being in the house, getting sap on the mahogany.
It is a cheerful, whimsical tune. Sounds like it has a good deal of violin and some pipe (like pan flute maybe?) in it. And it almost feels like it sways when you listen to it. Do-da-do-dum. Doo-dum. Do-da-de-da-da-dum.
