It wasn't simply a leg drop. Hogans finishing move began when he's about to be defeated, he can't overcome his opponent on his own... Then the Hulkamaniacs begin cheering, and the energy flows into Hogan. He finds the strength, he begins hulking up... Finally he stands up and points at the opponent ... The crowd and Hogan yell "Watcha Gonna Do?" When 80,000 Hulkamaniacs run wild on you? Then he punches him while the crowd screams and counts the punches, he throws the opponent into the ropes, big boot to the face! Sometimes he'd slam them sometimes he went straight to the leg drop. He wins. That's the most entertaining finishing move of all time. If you didn't understand that, then you didn't understand what Hulk Hogan was.

His finishing move was a Leg Drop, plain and simple. A finishing move is the last move that you hit that puts an opponent away which was the leg drop. Not the big boot or the body slam before hand. Those would be considered signature moves that lead up to/set up the finishing move. Much like John Cena's 5 Knuckle Shuffle is a signature that he hits often before the AA. They're separate moves. Also Hulk Hogan never entertained me with any of that bullshit.

I never found him entertaining and he's shown to be a racist piece of shit as a person on top of it. This thread was not about Hogan. However his finishing move was indeed a leg drop. You can try and fancy it up all you want but the move that was his finisher was a leg drop and I find that to be incredibly dumb. Its dumb when Nia Jaxx uses it now too. It's not limited to Hulk Hogan at all. It's a fine move. A really dumb finishing move. In terms of what I find entertaining in terms of wrestling are mic skills and in ring performances. Neither of which brings me to Hulk Hogan. I'll always and forever be bigger fans of people like Shawn Michaels, Randy Savage, Bret Hart, Mr Perfect, Chris Jericho and so on. I'll find the likes of Hulk Hogan or John Cena incredibly boring. Cena at least has put on some really great matches over the years. I cant think of one for Hogan. If you're a fan of him so be it. Some people are more into wrestling for the big sweaty giants and cartoonish characters. I'm more into it for the athletic storytelling that really great matches can provide. That's far from boring to me.

Can only come up with 5:
1. 619 (Rey Mysterio) 2. Cobra (Santino Marella) 3. Mandible Claw (Mankind) 4. Ultimate Splash (Ultimate Warrior) 5. Curb Stomp (Seth Rollins)

In no order, trying to avoid silly obviously farcical ones... Cena - AA Cena - STF Roman Reigns - spear Foley - Mandible Claw/Mr. Socko Hogan - Leg drop Kurt Angle - Angle Slam Kane - chokeslam Big Show - chokeslam Splash - Ultimate Warrior Sting - Scorpion death lock
