Bond having surgery to look Asian. Not really, he didn't have surgery, he just put on makeup. Aren't they wearing surgical gowns while working on him? And if it's just makeup, that's even worse.

Bond having surgery to look Asian. That Japanese cop having his own train. The invisible car. The speech-to-text readout on the back of the car in NSNA. Blofeld's secret base in YOLT - sure, they could totally build that with no one being the wiser The "007" camera in Moonraker the motorized gondola The space station in Moonraker being invisible because of "radar jamming." It was built by the same team of builders that built Batman's Batcave.

A door (I believe it was, bnsat?) with an unlock code (in a Sir Roger Moore outing, RiP) that sounded like CEot3K.

Jaws surviving the freefall by landing on a circus tent. So he's like invincible now? That was kinda the general idea that the makers wanted the audience to have. Jaws was shown surviving a bullet to this teeth, being crushed by a car, surviving in shark infested waters (he bit the shark!), swimming an ocean's length, being thrown out of a moving train, explosions etc. etc.

Moonraker has quite a few.
Chang attacking Bond with a goddamn shinai was pretty stupid. A Jumbo-jet carrying a space shuttle. A fully fuelled space shuttle, because apparently it wasn't heavy enough as it was. No radar systems picking up the escape of the space shuttle (or maybe the MI6 simply forgot to check). The opening sequence, where the bad guy thinks it's far more clever to shoot up the instrument panel than Bond. The romance between Jaws and what's-her-name. Drax telling Chang to see that "some harm" come to Bond - after their first encounter, before he'd even have a reason to want Bond out of the way. Drax bringing Jaws and his girlfriend along in space, when they clearly didn't meet his criteria and he had no reason to think he'd need Jaws any further. The whole gondola slapstick affair.
Hell, the entire plot of Moonraker was stupid. Drax hijacking his own space-shuttle which he was selling (because one of his own developed a fault), when he could simply have built or purchased a new one - he could well afford the delay.
And any assassination attempt using spiders, snakes or any other creepy-crawlies - as if they have been especially trained to approach and attack Bond or something. "Here you have a cage with a big, scary spider. Release the spider in Bond's room and it will crawl into bed with him. It's foolproof."

GoldenEye - truck carrying empty Perrier cans all nicely lined up.
No truck would ever so neatly carry empty cans like that. Ever.
I cheated that one, I read it once & couldn't unsee it.

In GoldenEye, where that bad guy that fell 100+ feet off the radio dish onto concrete survives the fall, instead dying when the burning antenna falls on him.
That one where James Bond dresses up as a clown.
