They trampled innocent people to death. Rose thought that freeing them would be to their benefit but you can bet that the fathiers have tracking implants and the Canto Bight authorities are going to hunt them down and kill them.

Well, sure, it’s a momentary, rush of adrenaline kind of win, that will surely be undone, similar to the end of ROTJ.

If they're stupid rich people that's what they'd do. If they're smart rich people, they'll skip the expensive tracking implants. Follow them back to their natural grazing grounds. Recapture them. Force them to race at the racetracks again to help pay for all of the damages to the casino and the town. But episode IX will probably have a bunch of (former slave) little girls running around with lightsabers and Force choking all of those people.

The end of Jedi is all celebratory and happy, but that’s just a small victory. The war isn’t won. Another movie comes and they’re in another pit of bantha shit to climb out of.

There is much fighting, unrest and power struggling in the meantime.

It doesn’t just end like that, though. There is much fighting, unrest and power struggling in the meantime. It's the decisive battle of the war. Furthermore, it signifies the destruction of the Sith Order and the end of the six-movie arc of Palpatine's machinations and balance being restored to the Force. For all intents and purposes, it's the end of the story Lucas begins with TPM.

It’s not a clean break. The same way they freed those beasts, and that’s their celebratory victory. But there’ll be more captured, most likely the same ones, and they’ll have to fight again. That won’t be revisited. 🤷♂️

Sith/Jedi) with those two goobers setting a dozen space horses free on Canto Bight, but I see what you mean -- from a certain point of view.

Episode 9 better not have any of those Canto Bight slave kids in there. That should simply be ignored like everything else Ruin Johnson did.
