Might be an Australian thing, they seem to be pretty common here. Not bad, nothing like the lime fruit, a much sweeter, more artificial flavor. An Australian thing?!
I'm fifty and I've never heard of a lime milkshake.
It sounds utterly disgusting, almost as bad as a banana one.
I don't know what to tell you. I've had them. As goz mentioned the flavor is more like the classic "GI" lime cordial as opposed to the refreshing tang of an actual lime. Last time I saw them was at Donut King.

If I did, I might have bought some donuts, but probably not a milkshake.

The donuts aren't bad either, if you can get them hot and fresh. They even do a passable coffee now.

But that was well over a decade ago now, so I'm having difficulty in remembering the name of the business.

It does actually sound good. Lime milkshake is da bomb gamey! I voted for it.
In NZ, you get rum and orange flavour too.

You must've been drinking it ant, that vomit is the same colour as the syrup.
I have always liked green things and I am surprised you haven't heard of lime flavoured milkshakes. It is a very common flavour in many places in OZ.
As I said elsewhere, I must've blotted it out of my memory for some reason.
Possibly due to some sort of deeply disturbing event from my childhood...
Such as tasting a lime-flavoured milkshake!

I wonder if The Bandit would have liked it. No, he preferred a glass of ice tea.

No, he preferred a glass of ice tea. With a slice of lime perhaps. Not a fucking chance.

Then perhaps a twist of lemon. That'd be acceptable.

They didn't have a lemon one. Chocolate, vanilla, caramel, strawberry or honey?

Chocolate, vanilla, caramel, strawberry or honey? How about a rum one? My father was a beer and rum chaser man.
A habit I think he picked up during his military service.
I can't stand the stuff. It gives me a headache and leaves me in a foul mood afterwards.

For you ant.
Scull, scull, scull!
I'd give it a go! Looks nice. And my favourite milkshake flavour is caramel.

I used to make rum milkshakes with real rum, but it had to be the dark rum.
The artificial rum flavoured syrup you get in NZ isn't too bad, but it would be an acquired taste.
Many things are an acquired taste...
And there are some tastes that we just never acquire, no matter how often we try.
Everyone's different.

Just don't check out too soon. I wasn't intending to, but I can't make any promises...
Most of us don't get any say in the matter.

Yup! When it's up it's up. Are you sure we're talking about the same thing?
