Batman Forever was 20+ years ago; meanwhile in 2013 there was a shitty movie called Ender's Game. Eternity isn't bad. It's a little vague, but I'd prefer it to End Game. There is a character called Eternity in Marvel. Calling the movie Eternity would have people thinking the character is a big character in the movie. Especially with it being cosmic. I'm familiar with the character, I don't think the average moviegoer would be though. I just think it's too vague a total.

I'm working on it. At first glance, it wasn't anything like the first. I guess it's par for the course with half the universe gone; a lot of faces in the Infinity Wars trailers are dust now. For 2 and a half minutes it seemed like it was over in a flash.
If I saw what I think I saw, Thanos' armor arranged and put up like a scarecrow, then that's wicked. If that's not what it was than I'm blind or burnt out. Thanos' absence from the trailer was felt by me. I don't love the trailer yet, but maybe the next one will pull me in. Perhaps they, unlike almost every other trailer I've seen in the past few years, played it conservatively by not giving too much away, and it's just my imagination that needs to pick up the slack.
A lot of trailers lately have been just an assault, finished before their final 45 seconds are up with so much visuals that you can't help but keep a list and check them off one by one as they show up in the movie. So maybe the philosophy of this trailer is don't give away too much, back to basics, and I just need to wake up more.
Regardless of how I feel or what I say now, once it hits the theaters I'm there.

That's so awesome. In a few short years he'll be the new farmer holding the pitchfork next to his wife in the American Gothic painting.

Angel Basset (T'Challa's mother) said months ago that Shuri survived ...
"No. Neither did my daughter. Shuri, she's a bright girl there in Wakanda," said Bassett.
Looks like someone was mistaken. The Avengers were in Wakanda and wouldn't have just walked away from that wooded area. They would have gone back into the city with Okoye. Also, Angela Bassett wasn't even in Infinity War. How would she know? That’s assuming the minitors they’re looking at have anything to do with the snap. Who do they show? Shuri, who Angela Bassett said survives (T’Challa’s mom could very well have scenes in 4) and the Russo’s said revealing Shuri’s fate would be a spoiler. Scott is there, where we know very well he survived, and Peter is there, where theyd have absolutely no idea whether or not he survived. It could be a scene where they’re going through allies and listing who they have accounted for, and they’re just 3 random people they’re discussing. To assume you know what they’re looking at here is classic trailer misdirection.

General consensus where? In this putrid place filled with salty haters, ha, ha, ha... Consensus after only one hour of release, when most of people haven't even seen it, pfffffff.... Twitter and youtube Youtube shows 2M likes, 18K dislikes. That does not equal a consensus of underwhelming to me.

Awesome teaser trailer, though I'm disappointed they went with the lame title everyone guessed the week after it IW opened. Sounds like an X-Men movie title. Indeed, its not headline grabbing enough. Would have loved for them to use Avengers: Resurgence Oh God no, not resurgence. Just another one of those cliche subtitles, especially from the "R" section. Reminds me too much of Independence Day: Resurgence.

They should have just called it Avengers Avenging. Or Avengers Revengers.

I just have two questions:
1. Why is Hawkeye dressed like an ancient monk? 2. How did Ant-Man grow back to his normal size? Wasn’t he trapped in the microscopic realm and everyone vanished so no one could retrieve him?
I know they’ll explain it in the movie, but these seem quite strange transitions for those two characters.

He looks like his wife and kids or some combination of them got snaptured.

People pulled Eternity out of Star-Lord's eyes in GotG2.

Marvel been giving people the gist of the movie, for the most part. Like them all running toward us in IW. A lot of them have been shown with parts of what is on screen taken out like how many stones Thanos had while fighting Cap. Or Thor's eye. Or even Spidey swinging next to Iron Man. I'm guessing something might be in front of Stark's windshield because there's a lot of empty space there.

Spider-man was last seen going into space by Banner. Cap was in disbelief when he saw Lang at the gate. So he had to think he was dead.

Really solid teaser, showing nothing except the primary Avengers characters. Ant-Man being key is excellent, I've always loved Rudd's take on him.
I guess what was missing was a sense of melancholy to 50% of the universe being offed - as if it were ordinary news.

Why would the Avengers of all people immediately assume someone is dead because they went to space? Especially when Rocket AND Thor are there. Banner also knows Tony was with him, I think that would invoke some confidence. ‘’Missing” at best.

The last thing that was heard was Tony sending him home. He stowed away on the ship in secrecy.
