Marvel always had some control over script, powers, the look, etc but never really exercised that right. Perlmutter thought it was a waste of time and money.
Take Negasonic Teenage Warhead, she was just a blip of a background character and was a mild telepath/precog. When Fox wanted to change her look and powers they had to get Marvel's permission. That's what got Ego over to Marvel Studios for GotG vol 2. Marvel agreed if Fox agreed. I don't know if that's the first time Marvel exercised that right, but it's the most prevalent one I know of.
So what this means is somebody at Marvel had to ok the change of Deadpool in X-men Origins. I hope who ever did got fired, but I am more than willing to bet that it was a rubber stamp deal. Whatever Fox's script said they wouldn't give notes or changes. Just Ok it and be done with it. Which is almost worse.

Oh I wasn't implying that Feige is going to force any changes on the Movie. I still don't know the exact process that would be. I could ask my Uncle, but he's not an Entertainment Lawyer. He's a Tax/Corporate Lawyer specializing in Insurance mostly. I assume it's probably tedious and involves a bunch of back and forth with Lawyers on retainer, but still expensive as fuck. It's Hollywood and America when all else fails throw money at a problem. I would assume his read/opinion/notes were his informal suggestions or opinions as a successful Producer, not a envoy of Marvel Studios. Edit: The above was just a factoid that I find exacerbating that is near the subject you were talking about. At least tangentially near your subject. I was just expressing my annoyance at how Marvel didn't use it's rights more in the past.

xmen now belongs to marvel disney. disney can now decide what to do and what input they want to have.didnt we all predict disney will still cancel this movie in the end? I still think so.
see I am a sane person, I acknowledge reality and facts.disney bought fox, the law is now the law.
the good thing about xmen is at least we got real mature xmen movies thanks to fox, if disney now wants to dumb down their own xmen that is their choice, we just wont take it seriously like we took Logan or X1.
Its like batman fans like me. we dont take batman and robin seriously , we take batman begins seriously. mcu xmen are likely going to be more batamn and robin.

This would be before Disney bought Fox and they don’t officially own them yet.
