I didn't NOT like it but I didn't love it either. Trailer was fine. The movie has my money anyways so it literally could have just been a reveal of the title and date of the release and I'd be fine with it.
Meanwhile trailers for movies like Aquaman, Capt Marvel, and Dark Phoenix needed to show me something to make me remotely interested. Only one to have done that is Aquaman so it'll get my money while the other two will be lucky to get a rent from me.

Ditto on Aquaman, the trailer of which hooked me and the movie of which lived up to the trailer, for me. Same with Captain Marvel, at least as far as the trailer. Not so much Dark Phoenix and Endgame. By the way, didn't they do Dark Phoenix in X-Men 3? Or is this a younger alternate timeline in the past, so a completely different take?

They attempted a half assed version of it in X3 yeah. Days of Future Past erased that version in its timeline so they're basically attempting it again based in the 90s this time. For me it's just them trying to tell the same 3 or 4 stories over and over again so I dont expect Dark Phoenix from a first time director to give me anything fresh or different. I needed a trailer to convince me otherwise. It did not.

I'm with you on the trailer.
Is anyone playing the young, new Wolverine in these?
If there is, they're obviously having nowhere near the impact of Hugh Jackman.

Yeah and it's so dumb too. They can do something new with the new mutants movie but at the same time this, why? X-men has literally thousands of other stories to choose from...
