Here's a couple of wild thoughts: 1. Baron Corbin loses to Braun Strowman at TLC so Corbin is out as GM of RAW and Vince announces Hulk Hogan as the new GM of RAW. 2. Asuka wins the Smackdown Woman's Championship at TLC and Becky and Charlotte are moved to RAW, Becky to feud with Nia Jax and Charlotte to feud with Ronda Rousey. |

Those aren't overly wild suggestions. I could see them happen. One that crossed my mind was announcing Womens Tag Team titles but then I thought more about it and they'd use Stephanie to announce those. They force her into any "womens historic announcement" type of situation. |

This would put the Smackdown Women's Division on the spot, namely Asuka, since she wouldn't really have a serious opponent to face her for her title, except for maybe Naomi.
I suppose maybe Raw could trade two women over to Smackdown in exchange for Becky and Charlotte. The most likely to replace them would probably be Sasha and Bayley(though I would just prefer Sasha to go solo).

Yes, they shake things up by moving 2 women from RAW to Smackdown to get Becky and Charlotte over to RAW to feud with Nia Jax and Ronda Rousey. I think they're also trying to push Sonya DeVille. DeVille was picked for the Smackdown Survivor Series team and was also the last one eliminated by Asuka in the battle royal. |

I don't think the women's divisions are the problem. Baron Corbin being all over every show and the 3 hour length are their biggest problems, along with the absence of both Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. Corbin's an easy fix. I think they really need to get over their addiction to GMs. Vince vs Austin was a great storylibs from November 97-April 99, but it's been diminishing returns when any company has tried it since. Now we seem to have GMs because you have to have GMs, not because there's any reason why it should matter.

So after TLC RAW has no acting General Manager so that could indeed be something Vince addresses. After the PPV though I am convinced that we're going to see Becky and Charlotte coming to RAW and possibly a trade of some kind that then sends Sasha and Bayley to Smackdown since Asuka will need some heavier competition. Becky's popularity being threw the roof right now and recently losing the SD title tells me that Vince is going to want her on the "A Show" ASAP to try and help boost ratings.

I don't think they need to move Becky and Charlotte over. They have the women's rumble for that. I doubt we'll see anything dramatic tbh. Probably a new GM and that's about it. And, with Smackdown going to FOX next year, it's high time he started building that roster. Because when that change happens, he needs to treat SD as the A Show. He needs a minimum 3.3 million on that or he'll soon find the show banished to a subsidiary.

So we got new GM's and some NXT people debuting. Not even top of the card NXT people either, that's whats puzzling. None of them will be deeply missed in NXT.

Nobody debuted officially (sorry I poorly chose the word debuted) but we got an announcement of people coming to RAW "very very soon" being Lars Sullivan, Lacey Evans, EC3, Nikki Cross and Heavy Machinery (Tucker Knight and Otis Dozovic). Some decent talent but nothing I'm overly excited about. The new GM's are all of the McMahon's and HHH apparently. That includes both RAW and Smackdown. No idea what that means for Paige on Smackdown. |

What they've been doing is taking stars from NXT and then using them as mid carders. They're not really taking advantage of NXT, which should be to.provide them with trained and prepared stars who can slip straight into the upper mids providing fresh feuds for the likes of Ambrose, Rollins and Ziggler.
The three hours doesn't help. And one of Ambrose or Rollins has to be sent to the blue brand. Those two together or feuding is beyond stale.

Vince has misused basically every single one of the NXT call ups that aren't Charlotte (who is over used imo) and now recently Becky. They have so much talent yet for whatever reason Vince's mind or the writers can't fucking do jack shit with them. I honestly can't think of 1 single male that has come through NXT that Vince hasn't just dismissed at some point. Balor, Joe, Nakamura, Breeze etc.
Ok, I will say that Kevin Owens has managed to probably be the one which is odd given his look but he is just so fucking good on the mic. Sami Zayn is coming back soon so that's awesome. He sucked as a baby face but really took fire teaming with Owens as a heel so hopefully he doesn't come back as a face. Would love to see something like Balor vs Zayn for the IC title at Mania.
