Many years ago, back on IMDb, I made a post criticizing the Prequels for not having any memorable lines, especially when compared to the Original trilogy. Which was a sentiment generally agreed upon by my fellow users at the time. However, as time has gone on, I have found that is not entirely the case. I have seen people around the internet quoting/referencing lines from the Prequels. Not nearly to the degree as the original, but still rather frequently. Some examples are;
QUI-GON: The ability to speak does not make you intelligent. (I)
YODA: Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. (I)
PALPATINE: I am the Senate. (III)
PALPATINE: Execute Order 66. (III)
PADME: So this I how Liberty dies, With thunderous applause. (III)
OBI-WAN: Only a Sith deals in Absolutes. (III)
OBI-WAN: I have the High Ground. (III)
As a testament to their "memorability", I did NOT have to look those up. I was ability transcribe them from memory. For all the flak the Prequels get for the writing, it clearly did have its high points. Now to be fair, some of these lines are quoted ironically, but I think the fact that we remember them at all is at least something.
That got me thinking whether or not any lines of the recent Disney films will be similarly affected. Off the top of my head, I cannot recall any memorable lines from these films, but maybe as times goes by they will develop a "legacy".
Any thoughts?

The only ones I can think of for episode 7 was "Droid, Please!" And "That's not how the force works"

"Got a boyfriend? Cute boyfriend?"
"let the past die, kill it if you have to"
"Not fighting what we hate, saving what we love"
I only remember these because they're stupid.

You left out some of the greatest quotes, such as
- "There is always a bigger Fish"
- "You may go home and rethink your life"
- "I love democracy, I love the republic".
- "I am just a simple man trying to make my way in the universe"
- "Your focus determines your reality".
- "You were the chosen one!"
- "I don't like sand"...and a lot more
As for Disney, hard to assess as the dialogue is intentionally more pedestrian/contemporary and is thus less memorable, but:
- "This is not how the Force works" (should have been the subtitle of Ep7)
- "Amazing, everything of what you just said is wrong"
- "I have no people, I'm all alone? Solo!"
- "I'm with the Force, the Force is with me"

To be honest I did not find them re-watchable enough to be quotable. Even the better ones.

“Amazing, every word in that sentence is wrong”
“Let the past die. Kill it if you have to.”
Those two are very memorable. I also think they are deeper than some of the prequel to quotes you mentioned.
