Judging anothers evil actions is allowed. So atheists, please stop telling us we can't judge someone's actions because we can.
When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt certainly die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, that he may live: the same wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thy hand.

Is this another "Ezekiel was just a man and wasn't really speaking to God, he made all of this up" argument?

Is this another "Ezekiel was just a man and wasn't really speaking to God, he made all of this up" argument? Nah... It's just a "God was the one saying this.... and...... We ain't God" argument.

Nah... It's just a "God was the one saying this.... and...... We ain't God" argument. God was giving instructions to Ezekiel to tell the people. So it's not even New Testament and therefore not an instruction to Christians.

The fact that we're not prophets for The Almighty aside... It's still what God said to Ezekiel to say what God said when he said what God said to those he said it to.... not Ezekiel saying what Ezekiel said when he said what said to those he said it to... Just saying.

If you read on and before the quote, you will see that it is only your god that will judge and not the human. It is gods words, not Ezekiel, and god will kill Ezekiel if he hasn't done his job with trying to save the people.

It's Old Testament for a start and it is basically stating that unbelievers are evil but only God can judge them...

I think many Christians in this day and age are overly concerned with the wicked.
Per Christian Doctrine they are not a concern unless they are interested in changing or they are violently attacking Christians.
Hebrews 11 sums it up best in relation to how Christians judge the wicked: Simply living the life of a Christian is enough. It drives them crazy, some even to the point of mad poetry.
I think that many Christians mistakenly try to change the world to match Doctrine which is impossible since doctrine specifically created a line in the sand between what most people do and what Christians can do. John 18:36 makes it pretty clear too:
There is no such thing as a Christian nation and so it is silly to think that it's possible to judge people on what is supposed to be a higher standard than the norm. Let them live the norm which can be assumed to be wicked.
The biggest concern is to make sure we don't become them no matter how fun it looks and worry that they don't infect/attack the church without defense (Being insulted by a bunch of whacky theophobiacs doesn't really count, but dangit it, it's so much fun to get them riled up).
That's it.
If gay dudes want to get married, it is not my problem because they ain't getting married in my church. If a country wants to go to war, they are going to, but without me doing their killing for them. The list goes on and on...

Judging anothers evil actions is allowed. So atheists, please stop telling us we can't judge someone's actions because we can. What atheist said you can't judge? I know I didn't. What's wrong with judging? It seems like the only people who say that have something they can't defend, like a god belief, and just want people to stop questioning them.

Straight from the bible. Again, when a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. 21 But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”

It's a foregone conclusion that non-believers, atheists or not, would be judgemental.
The point is it's irrelevant. It doesn't matter one hoot what they think of Christianity so there's not much reason to get bent out of shape about it.
