Yeah. You make a fair point about 'Wayward Sisters' looking like it was locked in and going forward before and there were multiple news sites saying it was only a matter of time before we had a date for the premiere of the show and out of nowhere CW Network dropped it and I think they were slack for not giving the show a chance especially when you look back at some of the older shows that have been successful which the networks thought would be failures but still they gave them a fair chance and they proved them wrong. 'Seinfeld' was a great example of this and the network still didn't have that much faith in the show after the first season and it was only after the second season they realised they had something special. I think all shows should get a chance even if it is just for one episode to see if the audience likes them or not 'cause networks are not always the best judges when it comes to what people are going to like and 'Wayward Daughters' might have been a hit. I think it would have got a lot of 'Supernatural' fans watching especially Clare, Alex and Jodie fans and I remember one of the producers saying they were going to finish up some of the storylines that were going to be in 'Wayward Daughters' with Clare and Alex but neither have been in it this season and now Kathryn (Clare) is the main star of her own show, 'The Strain' she might not be back for the final season but I am hoping they bring both her and Alex back.
Have you been watching the latest episodes of 'Supernatural' and what do you think of the whole thing with Jack killing Marry and Jack looking likely to become a villain unless Chuck/God can give him his soul back? I have a feeling they might rensoul him and then he will have to work with Sam and Dean to fight the Empty next season but they won't exactly be the closest of friends after he killed their Mum but I think the Empty is more likely to be the final villain 'cause of how powerful they are. With both 'Arrow' and 'Supernatural' ending soon the CW Network will have to come up with some new shows and that is one of the reasons I think 'Batwoman' is a done deal and is just yet to be announced and I recently heard the CW Network could be picking up 'Stargirl' too 'cause they are having some problems with the DC Universe and shows and the streaming service might not last. One article I was reading was saying the TV shows could be moved to the CW Network with 'Stargirl' being a strong contender since it fits in with the tone of the other shows. I am not so sure about 'Titans' and 'Doom Patrol' though 'cause they are more violent and have swearing in them but maybe they might do a late night thing with the CW Network where they can have shows like that like they do with some channels here.
If the DC Universe folds the shows have to be taken off it they should just reopen as an online service for their comic books or turn it into some DC Comic Books version of I Tunes for fans worldwide. Digital Comic Books are becoming more popular all the time and are the future of the industry but outside of North America we can't buy them legally on many platforms. That needs to change if they want the industry to survive and not just with DC but Marvel, Image Comics, Action Lab, IDW, Aspen Comics, Dynamite Entertainment etc. I can definitely see 'Constantine' happening on the CW Network but am just not sure when.
Do you mean The Society for Katheryn? The Strain was Del Toro's weird vampire show that ended a year or 2 ago, or has Katheryn picked up another show also? If she has 2 in the bag I can see her not coming back, but if it is just one who knows, could be a one off season or not, but it's a Netflix show and a short one so she probably could squeeze in a few appearances for Supernatural either at the beginning or the end of the season, which with the show ending I hope they do because you don't want these characters to have their stories wrapped up off screen imo.
Yeah been watching the show, haven't seen the most recent episode, saw last weeks with Jack trying to find a way to bring Mary back, not sure how I like this, felt kind of hollow in how they killed her off, I hope they do give Jack back his soul, my thinking is what if Sam & Dean can give up part of their souls not enough to fully restore Jack's but enough to give him some form of balance again, and yeah the Empty seems like the most sensible choice for a villain at this point, as I hope they don't make it Jack as I like the character too much to want him dead, as for Sam, Dean & Jack I dunno as silly as it seems this isn't something they haven't dealt with before, Jack killed Mary accidentally and tried to fix it, Sam flat out tried to murder Bobby repeatedly that one time just to prevent him getting his soul back, so I can see them sort of forgiving him, I loved in the last episode Dean who you would think would be threatening to kill Jack didn't, when he turned his "If he's hurt her.." into telling Cas that then he's dead to him I think shows how much Dean loves Jack, his thought wasn't to blame Jack but Cas for not telling them about Jack's condition.
On to the DC Universe, I haven't heard issues with the service, I heard there was an issue with Swamp Thing and they cut the order down during production to like 10 or 11 episodes instead of the initial 13, what I have heard was it's doubtful the service is in trouble given it's only 6 months old and how much DC/WB had to invest in the service before they even launched that they wouldn't be pulling the plug so soon, but that they may just have got shown how the series is coming along and with Swamp Thing being a likely costly series they felt no need to waste money on filler and instead just wrap the story up sooner as to not waste money, being because they just didn't like how the show was progressing, also with DC Universe DC are offsetting a lot of costs by licensing these shows internationally to Netflix, which maybe also a factor, maybe Netflix only offered X amount for the series but it was costing DC Y to make the show, so they decided ok F it, cut the order down that way we aren't spending so much of our own money on this, so yeah im not so worried about the DC service as of yet, if we hear more shows are getting cut down or even scrapped then I will worry, as for now I just chalk it up to being a Swamp Thing...er thing.
Yes. That is the one. Sorry for the confusion. I was getting the names mixed up which I do with some shows. Okay. I didn't realise it was going to be so short and I was under the impression it was going to be something around the size of 'Supernatural' but if it is short I can see it not interfering in Kathryn coming back. Hopefully Alex and her do 'cause they have been a big part of the later seasons and I think it would be sad not to wrap up their storylines and still think the show could end with Clare and Alex taking over from Sam and Dean at the end if they are killed off or decide to retire. Wow. Have you seen the final episode yet and heard about the final season? They have just pulled the biggest twist in the show's history nobody saw coming with Chuck now being the main villain. I thought they were going to have the Empty as the main villain too but having God as the main villain comes as a bigger surprise and that is the most powerful character they could put them against for the final season and there is no topping that as some sites have pointed out. I think Amara is going to side with the Winchesters 'cause of her connection to Dean and her liking humans and I can see it coming down to a fight with Amara and Chuck with Chuck being the one who is locked away this time and Amara becoming the new God.
I was going to avoid the spoilers until we saw the episode on Monday but I saw them on Google News and couldn't help but look 'cause I was so surprised and from what they said Chuck kills Jack but Jack wakes up in the Empty and Death is with him and it looks like Death is going to take Jack to earth and they will help Sam and Dean fight God. The Empty might even help them but I think Death will probably go up against God and get killed and they will have to turn to Amara for help. Amara is more powerful than her brother and unless Chuck was lying it took him and all the Archangels to lock her up so she is their best chance and the actress who plays her is so sexy and I can't wait to see her come back but seriously I think Amara will be the good one this time. I am confused now if Jack has no soul or not or if it is just some mind game God is playing with his mind 'cause from the moment he killed Mary he has showed emotions like guilt and remorse you wouldn't think a person without a soul would show and he changed to calling it an accident but that still seems like something a person with a soul would say to hide their guilt. We didn't see Jack kill Mary either. Maybe Chuck did it and made Jack believe it was him since he likes them to be his entertainment.
I am excited about all the villains from the previous seasons returning now Chuck has brought them all back and Lauren Cohan is said to be one of them and I could see Ruby, Lilith, Abbadon and Yellow Eyes returning and they might have Crowley and Benny come back but they will side with Sam and Dean. I am still curious where Lucifer fits into this 'cause he isn't dead. What are your thoughts and are there any characters you want to see return?

One thing I cant help but think is what if that stuff with Amara is a lie, Chuck is a duplicitous pos we now know, so what if he's actually a lot stronger than he suggests? like I could buy that to lock Amara away he required the powers of the Arch Angels to do so but that doesn't mean she's stronger than him, but that to lock her away required an overwhelming amount of power, where as she & Chuck each have the power to kill one another or more likely battle each other for eternity ala the ascended beings in the Stargate shows.
I am just curious now what happens in the series finale, like the only way for things to end is Chuck gets locked away or Chuck & Amara both die, the everything dies is the balance is broken, but I wonder if that happens, if Chuck & Amara both die could Amara or maybe Heaven itself create new gods? like what if that is Sam & Dean's fate, a big theory I have seen since S6 was that eventually Sam & Dean would become the rulers of Heaven & Hell respectively, but what if they actually become something more than that, something greater than the Arch Angel's or the Empty and Death but something less than Chuck & Amara still?
I dunno so many questions, but I agree I think Chuck was fucking with Jack, he wanted Dean to kill Jack, but Jack was ready to die, if Jack had no soul, if he had no compassion he would be like Sam was in S6, sure he was hard wired to try to do good things because that's what they do, but Sam was VERY different without a soul, even though Sam knew right from wrong just based on experience, Jack on the other hand not so much yet Jack showed far more desire to do good, and Jack was willing to die to prevent himself being a danger, Sam tried killing Bobby just to save his own skin, also makes more sense that Chuck was lying about what he could and couldn't do to a soul because he wanted them to kill Jack, makes me think he can mess with them, he just didn't do so to Sam & Dean because forcing them to do something isn't fun, forcing them into a situation where they choose to make that choice, and as such deal with the fallout from it seems to be more his thing.
I was surprised though I wasn't expecting this to be the finale until I heard Wayward Son playing in the opening, I thought they had a few more episodes, what did you think of the no telling lies thing, that shit was making me laugh, Sam's fav singer is Celine Dion is hilarious, the guy stealing yogurt and the chick crying about she just wants to be loved also made me laugh, but damn I cannot believe we need to wait 6 months till the show gets back now, I hope it gets a full season also and not one of those truncated ones, S15 going to be the last season I want that to last...cant believe it's actually ending

Yeah. I think Chuck might have been bluffing about his powers back then too 'cause if Amara was that much more powerful than him and could easily damage him we wouldn't have much of a face off in the final episode if that is the road they go down and I think it is likely it would be a more even battle with Chuck and Amara being able to hurt each other. Some fans still don't think it is Chuck though and believe it is the Empty pretending to be Chuck 'cause while he was presented as being a jerk in Season 11 when we found out he was God he never appeared to be this nasty before that he would just undo all the good things Sam and Dean have done and bring all the demons back but I think it is him and he was always like this 'cause you hear what the other Angels have said in episodes about what he used to be like and how he was feared. It is a shame most of the archangels are dead and aren't around to see this especially Gabriel 'cause from what we saw in the last season I think Gabriel would definitely sided with Sam and Dean and I kinda wish they had kept him alive and had the show end with Gabriel becoming the new God 'cause he was the one archangel that liked people and they could have trusted to run heaven and not use its powers for his own selfish gain or evil.
I am still wondering how and if Lucifer will play into this 'cause Jack clearly didn't kill him and just send him through a portal and he might actually surprise everybody and come back and side with Sam and Dean 'cause of his history with God and he might want to do something good so Jack doesn't see him as a monster or maybe that was really Lucifer inside of Jack's head and not Jack seeing things and he was trying to drive Jack over to the dark side. With Jack you make a very good point about Sam when he had no soul in Season 6 and I have been thinking about that too and when Sam had no soul he basically turned into a psychotic killer and he not only tried to kill Bobby but was willing to kill Dean too and he didn't care about anybody. Jack has showed too many signs of remorse to not have a soul and when he was killing all those people in the second last episode he was being manipulated and thought he was doing the right thing for heaven and despite him looking older we have to remember how young he is. I think Chuck wanted Jack gone 'cause he was far too powerful and was too much of an advantage for the Winchesters to have on their side while he was playing his sick games with them.
To him this has all been entertainment and they are like a TV Show to him so having Jack probably made it too easy for them in his eyes like when Castiel died it was Jack who brought him back from the Empty and not God and they didn't need him to do that and perhaps Jack is powerful enough to not kill but hurt God too so he wanted him dead for that reason too. Jack is definitely coming back and he will probably turn up with Death in the first episode and save Sam, Dean and Castiel and they will all have to work together to defeat the demons God has bought back and I am looking forward to seeing how comes back the most 'cause there are a lot of characters that would be great to see again. I thought it was funny Celine Dion was Sam's favourite singer too and that is the second time they have joked about her and they had Balthazar say he couldn't stand 'My Heart Will Go On' when he went back in time to save the 'Titanic' in Season 6 and speaking of Season 6 I am starting to wonder 'Supernatural' will end with the real world being the world they woke up in as Jared and Jensen and they have been stuck in a TV Show all this time. I read it was ending earlier this sooner but thought it would have had at least another 2 episodes too and am disappointed we didn't get an episode with Clare this season.

The end is near. The zombie apocalypse is here. You said you wanted to see zombies in Supernatural and they have risen from their graves and are here for brains. Time to get the chainsaw out and teach these fuckers what’s dead stays dead.
