1. Click on the "Reply" button on the right side of the blue subject line. A new page opens and you should see a big box which says "Create Post".

2. There are also some smaller boxes below "Subject". If you place your cursor over one, it will tell you what it's for.

3. Once you've copied a url (from YouTube, for example), click on the small box which says "Insert Video". Again, place your cursor over it and it should tell you what it is.

4. A new box will pop up where you paste the url into the space called "Video URL" Then look at the bottom of the new box and click on "Insert Video".

5. That will show the "Create Post" page again with a video on the page. The video is usually blank. Then go down and click on the grey box which says "Create Post". You should then see the completed post in the thread.

My description may sound complicated, but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
