They were singing about clouds. Yeah, maybe. I think the song is about things "typical" of Ventura Highway. And I think the clouds over Ventura Highway are the same as clouds almost antywhere. I doubt they "usually" have alligator lizard shapes. That's how Dewey Bunnell remembered the clouds he saw on a road trip near Vandenburg Air Force Base when the car got a flat tyre, and he saw a sign reading "Ventura". 👍 Incidentally the retired Colonel referenced by Erj claimed he was stationed at Area 51 which sits atop bases buried deep in the Hollow Earth. 👍

Me....not so much.

That might win quote of the week too, but less likely.

The only convincing theory of that place is that they have off-the-books contractors burning all kinds of toxic crap. 👍

It's usually more reliable than the naysayers give it credit for. 👍

In every single dream I've ever had in my life, it's always twilight, and the sun (when I could see it) never moved.

Is it something to do with chemtrails, nibiriu. empty Walmarts, poles shifting, giant headed alien creatures, moon behaving badly and bullying the sun, potential end times, hell freezing over?...…..

I don't recall ever seeing the sun in my dreams. 😵 I had a cool one the other night about The Blob. A virtual reenactment with local places providing backdrop. 😭

Regarding "alligator lizards in the air" being just clouds at some fleeting moment. A male character on a new science fiction show was dating a female character for the first time. He wrote a poem that I will not copy here. Suffice it say it was the worst "poem" ever, especially in that context. The female character had the following criticism of the poem ... The new science fiction show was The Orville The male character was Dann The female character was Alara
