I been cracking my eggs on my pannini press and yesterday and today I've spilled the yolk of one of my eggs on the stove. Man WTF?

Um, you might want to crack eggs on the counter, or in the sink. Then, a swipe with a cloth, or water from the faucet, will make the clean-up easier. (Also, your aim may be off.)

As long as the yolks not on you. You never want to be the butt of yolks.
Back when I was actually using and cooking with eggs, I found the better eggs (brown) had less brittle shells and broke more consistently.
