From YouTube? Copy the address from the search bar. It'll look something like www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXnJqYwebF8 and show up towards the top of the screen. Highlight it and hold down the Ctrl button and then hit the C button. This will copy the link. To share it here, look at the buttons over the reply field where you type your messages. There is a button that looks like a movie clacker. Click that and in the window that pops up, hold down the Ctrl button and hit V to insert the video's address and then click "Insert Video". That will insert your video so people can view it.

on YouTube you can also Right click on the Video itself and choose "copy Video URL"
or you can copy URL at a spot not the start of the video. This is handy if the two minutes you want to share are in the midst of a bunch of not so good other stuff.

Then again, on YouTube, while the video is playing, there's a Share link below the video (assuming you're not playing it full screen). Click on that, and a small window opens up which gives you the option of copying the address to your clipboard.

So here is a guide, using pictures and the steps provided by the others: 1. If it's on Youtube, first place your cursor in the search bar (where the address is): 2. Keep your left mouse button pressed then move your mouse over the address. It should highlight it (once done you can unpress the left button.: 3. Click the right button of your mouse, with the mouse cursor over the highlighted address. You should see a small list of options appear. Mouve your mouse over "Copy" and click with the left button: 4. Now you got the address copied, you need to use the tools here on these forums. When you reply to someone you got tools at the top of the reply box. Select the Insert Video one (click the left button once): Once you clicked on it, you should see a box appear, asking you to paste/insert/type the address. You should see that your mouse cursor is already in, so right click once in that box and you should see a list of options appear. Go over "paste" and you should see the address you copied earlier appear: Once the address is in, just press the Insert button at the bottom: After you clicked "Insert", you should see something like this: Then you can press the "Preview" button at the bottom to see if it's gonna work: And now you should see a preview of the end result. Press the X top left or Close at bottom then press post reply and it's done!: Congrats now you can Rick Roll other users (I might get a warning from admin for this though)! www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Rick%20Roll
Maybe I should have went with New Kids on the Block and Step by Step instead...

Seems like an awful lot of work when YouTube provides a mechanism for copying the link right on the page which is playing the video. It's called the Share link, right below the video.
