After what Lucas did to the Star Wars franchise (crappy prequels, Greedo shooting first, the crappy band sequence in ROTJ, digitally inserting Hayden Chrstensen in ROTJ, Jar Jar Binks)? Nope.

Lucas got an AFI salute program. I think that was enough.

Harrison Ford George Lucas Richard Donner Ridley Scott Tom Cruise Kurt Russell Sigourney Weaver Willem Dafoe anyone else? Harrison Ford, yes.
Tom Cruise maybe in the future, but he's still fairly young for that.
The rest I have to disagree with, Lucas for the reasons that lowtacks86 listed, Donner (even though he's one of my favorite directors) because while he was talented, he wasn't particularly remarkable...Scott is pretty similar other than a couple of masterpieces.
Kurt Russell is wonderful, but he was never at the same level as his contemporaries (Ford, Cruise, Gibson, Arnie, Sly, Bruce)...he was never a true "A-list" type actor, the go-to guy studio execs just HAD to have.
Sigourney and Dafoe, for as talented as they are, were even further down the list than Russell.
