I was unaware of a lot of these.......in particular, that you can drink too much water, and that (apparently) charcoal in food/drinks/other items, has ACTUALLY become a 'thing'.......REALLY ?? Charcoal ?? SAVE FERRIS

I saw activated charcoal on something...perhaps Chopped. Coconut oil falls into the same category as wine, coffee, etc. They can't make their minds up. I use it on my hair.

Charcoal ?? Water intoxication is very real. And, it can be fatal. In 2007, a Sacramento, CA., radio station sponsored a contest in which a participant died from excessive water intake. (see below) I also remember reading, many years ago, about a teen aged girl who thought that she had cancer ... she didn't ... and, decided to "wash" it out of her body. She didn't survive. www.google.com/search?q=sacramento+radio+station+water+drinking+contest&oq=Sacramento+radio+station+water+drinking+contest&aqs=chrome.0.0.28637j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8SAVE FERRIS

Never understood the "juicing" (especially combining different juices) and smoothie thing. Single fruit/veg juice please.
And all those non-dairy milks don't include much of anything. I remember reading/seeing that a 2litre carton of almond milk has "milk" of only 25 almonds. I think you can make it yourself at home.
