He says what everyone ever says, announcing or implying expensive, epic spectacle. Subtle character development in closed rooms doesn't take a year to shoot. It leaves one expecting all action and no story but of course, they have a clear strategy of communicating that one single thing so as not to reveal anything of importance.

Success comes from buzz and buzz comes from the wait to see what happens next. This is what made newspapers sell in the 19th century. Some of the most popular writers were published in serial form, not in books. They would also write accordingly. I distinctly remember going through a thousand page novel in two days in my youth and it was one of those. Each chapter was a cliff hanger of sorts.
